Ben recently installed an EV charger at my home, the work completed was prompt, tidy and all round, no issues or complaints. Solar panels are next on the agenda for my home once my mortgage renews and the charger installed is compatible with solar charging. Id be confident with EVC completing an install of solar also.

Amazing install. Sadly I can’t remember our installers name and reaching out for it didn’t result in a reply. But they were friendly professional did a great job and went beyond the install fixing an issue with the existing car charger while onsite too. Leaving the job better than it was before he arrived. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job installing my charger. Not a straightforward job either, with cables needing to be run right through the house. But all done very neatly, with no mess. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Needed a charger in a hurry. Ben dealt with my questions and order via the web late at night. The Engineer was excellent. Nice neat job on the Ohme unit. Even showed me how-to set the timer on my washing machine.

I opted to have the Hypervolt 3 charger installed. This company was the local installer that is approved by Hypervolt. Right from the start EVC was very easy to deal with. The staff are polite on the phone and date/time agreed for the install. The installer messaged the night before to confirm his attendance and again, the time. Due to unforeseen circumstances he was delayed by 1/2hr, but he again messaged to inform me of this before his original arrival time. He then arrived exactly when he said. He asked where we wanted the charger and allowed us the chance to adjust the location using the charger cover as a guide to get a better idea of what it would look like where it was placed. He then advised how he was going run the wiring and complete the connection. We needed another supply box fitting and he was adaptable as to where this went. Once finished, He explained how the charger all worked and demonstrated it and happy to answer any question’s. The installer was polite and considerate throughout. Kept everything clean and tidy. The whole process from start to finish with EVC was so easy and pleasant - not like all the other cowboys out there. This company cares about their customers. I already plan to EVC’s services again in the next couple of months.
