Finding Euroview in my search for a shower door replacement was a blessing. They came right out, coached us on what I should do, rather than what I wanted to do. Saved money and I have better function.
The speed in which they completed my custom order, and then installed it beautifully. Matt's crew was awesome. Kind, considerate and very efficient installation. It looks better right now than it has for years. Highly recommend Euroview.
I want to share my experience with everyone about Euroview. I had shower door sagging issues as soon as the door been installed. The door had leaked and consistent sagging issues even after 2 repairs completed by Euroview.
Recently the shower door exploded by itself and when I contacted Euroview about the explosion they said they won't take any responsibility. They claimed the explosion of the glass door is common and advised me to research online about such cases.
So, please think twice before accepting Euroview glass shower doors, as they think the explosion of the glass doors is normal and won't' offer you any compensation.

Don't use this company. I have been trying to get a new shower door installed for the past two months at this point. Took someone forever to come out and measure for one and then when the door and wall showed up it wasn't the correct texture of glass. AND THEN they finally come to install it and they manufactures put the fucking glass in the door upside down or some shit so it wouldn't fit. THEN two weeks later and the idiots who make the door put the glass in backwards this time so now I have to wait til the end of the week for them to hopefully get it right this time. The door was way to fucking expensive for all this shit to be going wrong and all they offered was a very small discount. The only plus side of this company is that the two gentlemen that came to attempt to install the door each time are very polite and friendly. I don't know their names but they might as well be the only ones holding this shit company together.
Went through my local Home Depot. Rep (Barry) called me immediately and set up an appointment. I've owned homes for 40+ years, and so I've had a lot of service people come out. I can honestly say Barry ranked among the top. Polite, knowledgeable, honest. He left me feeling like I made a good decision.
A few weeks later my glass was expertly installed. Installers were kind and efficient. The glass is PERFECT! It's been a couple of months and looks brand new with very little maintenance.
Overall my experience with Euroview was 100% perfect from beginning to end. I wish I could say that about all home services.
I'm getting ready to renovate another shower. Obviously I know who to call.

I've tried my hardest to stay calm but unfortunately I have to start taking action by warning people. Nightmare, measured inappropriately and tried ro blame it on the contractor by saying the tile isn't level. (It's called custom shower glass! You measured it) it's been a month and we are still with no functioning shower due to half of the glass being installed and the other half missing. I called and requested the boss call me with some answers to multiple concerns I'm having and here we are 10 days later with no call back, even though I already expressed my concerns on google. STILL NO CALL FROM ANYONE. Tomorrow I will be going to home depot to demand answers as they were recommended by home depot. $2200 and I'm so angry I'm ready to rip the glass out and call soneone else! The reason i mention the price is because this company isn't cheap but their service is!
Extremely disappointed with them. I orginally went with this company due to the fact that Home Depot recommended them. It's been a month and i still don't have a functioning shower! Half of the glass is up and the door part is missing due to WRONG Measurements. I would have been ok with the human error but i was told it was because my tile was not level?? This is why it's CUSTOM, Measurements were taken inappropriately. I requested that a higher up call me 7 days ago and still year to date no call back! and due to the risk of flooring being damaged The shower is unusable.

Based upon the suggestion from Home Depot, we had Euroview install a glass shower enclosure in our home. Since then, we have had the glass shower door literally EXPLODE twice over the years. I just got off the phone with Euroview, and they now want another $800 dollars to install a shower door for a THIRD time at my expense. Had I known this, I never would have used Home Depot's suggestion. The expense for my $1600 shower enclosure will now total almost $3000 due to these shower door replacements. I was told this was a "one in a million" thing, and I reminded the Euroview rep that it has now happened twice just to me. In retrospect, I should have used a different company. Now, I have to replace the door until this one explodes.
I had the pleasure of working with Euroview recently when I ordered a glass shower through Home Depot. Malek handled the in-home consultation and follow up communication. He was very courteous and professional. He laid out all the options and provided his insight to assist me with my decision. He was exceptional. The guys who performed the install were also great. They were friendly and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They did excellent work. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our interactions with Malek and the install guys, and the shower door itself, which is perfect for our setup. Overall, one of the best in-home services we’ve ever had.
