I had got my hair transplant done in Eugenix, Bhubaneswar and I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TO AVOID DR ARIKA BANSAL FOR HAIR TRANSPLANT. I am not sure how about Dr Pradeep. I had a very bad & unprofessional experience at Eugenix. I was not explained about the details of the transplant procedure, what are the steps, how many grafts needed, how many donor grafts available (from head & beard), post transplant process & follow ups needed etc. Without trimming my beard, they assumed about the amount of donor grafts, which later fell short drastically (by about 2000 grafts) when they trimmed my beard. As a result, my crown was left empty.
I was very frustrated when after 1 sitting (half procedure done) they informed me that I don't have enough donor grafts in the beard. I asked how come, you said I have enough donor grafts to complete the whole bald space on my head. They were like you had long beard, so density seemed high. My question was if you extract grafts after trimming them to 2-3mm long, then why didn't you trim my beard at the beginning of the procedure to find out density rather than assuming. You can't be professional doctors if you guess and work.
My disappointment was even higher because Dr Pradeep is an acquaintance with my cousin brother, still I had had this bad experience. My trust was completely broken. With time also, the transplanted hairs did fall off. Believe me, it doesn't look good in the aftermath. Don't look at the celebrities and jump onto this clinic. Celebrities do get special attention & treatment, while normal people don't and treatment efficacy can drop significantly.

I am editing my review just to reply to the response the owner gave. Owner claimed "We would like to clarify that prior to your procedure, the doctor conducted a thorough evaluation and informed you that your donor area was not dense enough to achieve full coverage. The procedure was therefore planned for partial coverage, only after all aspects were clearly explained and mutually agreed upon." ---> I wish, a thorough evaluation were done, I would have NEVER travelled from USA to India to do a partial coverage. You can claim anything now but smart users would know what to believe and what to not. Thanks for your time to respond though.

I spent three full days at the clinic, and from the very first moment of my arrival, I was warmly welcomed and professionally taken care of. During the planning stage, he carefully listened to my expectations and answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly.
