We have been planning a new floor upstairs for years and finally did it. Elizabethtown Flooring made the whole process easy. From the large selection of choices, to sitting down with us to go over the pricing and the process. The installers were great to work with and completed the job beautifully. We are so happy with our new floor. Thank you.

One of the best flooring experiences I have had. The process for purchasing was incredibly easy and not a high pressure ordeal. When it came to scheduling installation, communication and setting expectations were excellent. The level of attention to detail during the installation is something I’ve not experienced with other vendors before. My home was treated like it was their home with professionalism and care. Cannot recommend them enough for your flooring needs

This review is long over due! We reached out to Elizabethtown flooring with a very specific (and short) time period we could have new floors / carpet installed. They want above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and we could not be happier with the results! We will use them for future projects!

E Town flooring was a wonderful Experience! Kayla was so helpful in our decision for the carpeting that butts up to our laminate. Chad was great at installing the carpet. He moved furniture for us, was on time, he work so hard and did an excellent job. He cleaned up well and even took our old padding (we had removed) to the dumpster. We were so thankful for this project to be finished! We are new in the area and it was a pleasure working with E Town flooring!

We initially were going to shop around for Vinyl Plank flooring. Our first stop was Elizabethtown Flooring. After meeting with Kayla and reviewing what we had in mind, we knew this was a good choice. We took samples home and made our decision. Bryan came out measured and we then scheduled installation. Luke did our install and was absolutely amazing. He was prompt, courteous and very respectful of our property. From the moment we started this project to the end it was seamless. If interested in flooring, give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I have to compliment E-Town flooring on the job that was just finished at our house two days ago. We had brazilian hardwood floors put in 3 bedrooms and our hallway and the floors look magnificent. The professionalism from all of the staff will make you want to go back for your next flooring project for sure. From working with Kayla on the estimate and design, to having Jordan come out to deliver the flooring so that it could adjust to the humidity and temperature in our house, the service was great. (They carried 32 boxes of 8 foot long hardwood into the house which each had to weigh 80 to 100 pounds.). Collin, Fernando, and Luis the installers did a great job with the install. They removed the existing baseboard carefully so that at the end of the job they were able to reinstall it so it looks perfect. Installing this much hardwood with no gaps between the boards and everything looking perfect is a testament to the knowledge and hard work these guys put into our project. The end look of the project was everything we had envisioned when we started this quest. From start to finish it took about 3 months which for a project this size I think was great. Thank you all for your hard work and diligence on making our home look beautiful.

Location, location, location made Etown flooring the place to start our search for new flooring. Kayla was so patient with us as we looked at carpet and vinyl. Her upbeat personality made it fun. Their quality products were reasonably priced. All of these things made us decide to not go anywhere else. We decided to go with replacing our "builder grade" living room carpet and put the vinyl kitchen floor on hold. Etown flooring is where we will go to for all our flooring. Next step is the kitchen!

Elizabethtown Flooring was great to work with! Their communication was amazing and everyone was so kind. They were very knowledgable with the flooring and worked hard to find what we were looking for. They were able to work with outr timeline for install as well. The carpet we had installed looks great! Would highly recommend them if you are looking to install flooring!

Elizabethtown Flooring did a great job installing new floors in our 120 year old cottage. They stabilized our creaky floors then installed beautiful hardwoods that upgrades our space while still keeping the old cottage charm. Couldn’t be happier.

Carpet: we shopped around and ultimately decided on Etown flooring. They are priced comparably and often have sales. The staff, Brian, Kayla and Jordan are all excellent. There are many flooring companies, but customer service and communication is what sets companies apart these days. Getting an entire floor re-carpeted couldn't have been smoother and the installers were clean, timely, and professional. Could we have gotten it done cheaper?... Probably. But would we have regrets or issues?... Probably. Overall, no regrets here! Paint: this is the local Benjamin Moore paint supplier and they will mix it ahead of time so it's ready when you get there. They also discount 5+ gallons by a significant amount. When you want/need the good stuff, come here!
