I had all new blinds fitted for a new house ,I contacted ETM Blinds they come out and gave me an quote , nobody in your face to make the sale . I Bought the blinds and 1 was chipped called them back and an order was put bk in to order a new one ,lady explained they was out of stock but contacted next day to tell me when it was coming in ,phoned again a few days later to fix me in to fit the new one, all in a a week could not thank them enough for the quick response and time nothing was too much trouble, I will pass your number to everyone who needs blinds cause I thought from start to finish you was an amazing company Thanks again

I proper ummed and aaahed about the blinds I needed for the bay window of the room my son was moving downstairs to. 59cm wide and 170cm drop . Got quotes of £85 for rollers that I’d have to stick up myself. Messaged some of the bigger names and then stumbled upon etm. They came straight out. Gary gave great advise recommended verticals to give my lad more privacy. Laughed about the Chester tax when he quoted a really decent and massively competitive quote (cheaper than blinds to go and they get put up for you ) He then went and had a baby and still came and fitted the blinds when he came back.really super impressed. Great job room looks fab .

Saw there advert on fbk, looked at reviews, rang and made appt, DJ came and quoted, fitted the following week, lovely company, DJ was professional, cheerful man, made my 80yr old mum at ease, she is over the moon with the blinds for the whole house and service, we would highly recommend them, we live in Cheshire.

Booked an appointment for a quote via the Facebook page, and was provided contact details for the fitter. On the day, nobody turned up at the scheduled time. Attempted to contact the fitter but had been given a wrong number. Tried to call the office numbers listed on both Google and Facebook but both put me in a queue and cut me off after 5 minutes with nobody having answered.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Ordered blinds over 5 weeks ago and arranged a fitting date of 18/12/25. Had a WhatsApp message the day they were due to fit the blinds to tell me they won't be fitting the blinds that day baring in mind I had skipped the blinds that were up in preparation. No prior notice at all of the delay. Had to ring and chase them to ask when they will be fitted to be told the second week in January. Disgusting service. Maybe slightly cheaper but not worth the hassle Had to cancel my order and go with another supplier. Please don't waste your time or money with this company they are unprofessional and a compete let down!!

Apologies for the experience you’ve had. Unfortunately this was out of hands as it was the supplier who was out of stock of the products you had chosen.we did try to contact you to let you know but we had no success .We happily gave you a refund with no questions asked. The date we had given you would be the date offered to you based on our suppliers stock and if they run we can’t do nothing about that. Really sorry you felt that you needed to leave this review but I can assure you we do not offer disgusting service we have been trading since 2008 with many satisfied customers.

We had our blinds fitted today in 5 different rooms and each one is perfect, it’s made a massive difference to the house and we couldn’t be happier. DJ was super helpful from the consultation with any questions I had to the fitting of the blinds & we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
