Jessica Collins at ET Family Travel was so great to work with. She planned a wonderful Disney trip for our extended family and young kids and made it all such a breeze! She even managed some out-of-the-ordinary requests since different members of our group were arriving on different days, and she helped with last-minute dining bookings due to freezing temps! She reserved all of the rides we were hoping for, a great stroller and airport transportation, and was just a wealth of knowledge throughout the whole trip and planning experience. The care packages for the kids were a super sweet touch too! I’ve already recommended her to friends and will 100% use her again!

Jeanette helped plan the most magical trip for my family to Disney Paris + the city of Paris. All of the hotels were beyond our expectations and she even paired us with a lovely local guide that ended up being a trip highlight. Our 2 year old had the time of her life!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeannette, who came highly recommended to me, by a friend. I kept going back-and-forth, wanting to plan my family's first trip to Disney World, but was completely overwhelmed whenever I tried...until I met Jeannette. She planned every single day for us, from stroller rental to transportation, gave us a rest day at the pool, and was able to secure coveted reservations for dining as well as rides. My girls were transformed into Princesses, at the Bippity Boppity Boutique, and transfixed by all the sights and Princess sightings/meet-ups. She really tailored this entire vacation based on the descriptions I gave her of my two girls and what they would like. They are already asking to go back. It was so amazing to see the excitement, in their eyes, at every turn, and I have Jeannette to thank for it all. She made this entire trip seamless, took care of everything, and relieved the immense stress I would've had if I had to navigate this overwhelming trip on my own. She truly was my Fairy Godmother on this trip and I will be using her for all our future getaways. You should, too!

We had the most amazing trip to Disney and Universal! Jeannette Miranda was the absolute best! Don’t know how we could have done it without her. I simply cannot say enough about our amazing ET travel agent Jeanette Miranda. We have booked so many trips with her that I have lost count! Each one is better than the last as she gets to know us and what we like. She pays attention to every detail, gets us incredible deals with perks and has amazing tips and tricks to making the most out of our vacations. From restaurant recommendations with fireworks views, to the best cabanas, to the best strategies for making our way through the parks, we won’t make a move without her input! She has become a household name in our house, my kids refer to with the same reverence they use to speak about Santa or the Easter bunny 💞

We had the most amazing experience booking our Disney family cruise through Catherine at ET. Our 3-night Disney cruise to Bahamas & Lookout Cay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and a big part of that was thanks to her help and expertise. Catherine took care of everything for us and was always available to answer my many questions. She helped us reserve the perfect room so we wouldn’t feel seasick and made sure it was in a great location on the ship. She set up our DCL travel and walked me through each step so I never felt overwhelmed. She also gave us great recommendations for hotels to stay at both before and after our cruise, which made the whole vacation smoother and more relaxing. On top of that, she arranged onboard credit and surprised us with spa credit for us, which was such a nice bonus and really added to our overall experience. We had a wonderful trip and felt very well taken care of the entire time. As soon as we got off the ship, I already had a text from Catherine checking in on us. I highly recommend working with Catherine at ET Travel for anyone planning a Disney cruise or family vacation. We are already booking our next trip with her!

You can tell she truly loves her job and loves helping people have a magical Disney experience!
