I have worked with Educational Travel Adventures (ETA) to plan our annual 8th grade Washington, DC trip since 2014, and I cannot imagine working with any other student travel company. Their entire staff, from the sales team to logistics to the customer service reps who help my students' parents with registration questions, is top notch.
The company's new and improved online system and website have made the entire process, initial registrations to monthly payments, seamless. As the school's trip organizer, this new system has made my work SO MUCH EASIER, as they now utilize texts, emails AND phone calls to communicate with families about upcoming payment reminders and other communication needs.
ETAs tour guides are highly knowledgeable and offer the perfect balance of offering my students educational information while also having fun with them, and my kids are always sad to leave our guides at the end of our trips due to the "family" the guides help create with the groups on each tour bus.
I have worked with Michelle G. at ETA since the inception of our annual trip in 2014, and she is 100% the best there is. ETA is the best, hands-down, and without question. I highly, highly recommend their services for any group wishing to travel.

Recently had an amazing experience with ETA on an adult tour. I am fortunate to be able to travel but had never done a group tour before. But I do know what exceptional customer service is. Aside from the benefits of not having to plan my hotels and transportation being a great bonus, the attention to details of the trip was great. Top tier hotels all relative and easily walkable to areas of interest. ETA team was easily accessible, everyone was treated as an individual and not a number in a crowd. The local tour guide selected by ETA was knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. I feel I got a fuller experience through this tour than I would have had I planned on my own. Would definitely do this again. I highly recommend working with ETA for your travel needs, if I had younger children still in school I would be very comfortable in placing my child in their hands for educational travels as well.

My 9 day tour through Sicily and Rome with ETA Tours was exceptional in every way. Everything was perfectly organized with wonderful guides, beautiful hotels, terrific food and a great group of travelers. I highly recommend ETA TOURS for an unforgettable way to see Italy. I cannot say enough about ETA tours.

ETA Tours provided a fun, interesting, and memorable Sicily/Rome vacation . Transportation, meals, and tour guides were all well organized and spot on. Hotel accumulations were comfortable with excellent service. Tour supervisor was in continuous touch with us regarding daily activities and any individual needs. Safety concerns for all were a priority . Would definitely travel with ETA again

If you are going to sign up for a trip, pay in full upfront. It’s not worth the harassment. You will get calls, texts, and emails constantly about payments. They say you can call and make other arrangements but then will continue to call, email, and text threatening to charge late fees, interest, and penalties. We signed up late and It wasn’t even a month after my initial payment and they started harassing me. I called to inquire and made alternate arrangements and on the first I got texts, calls, and emails. I called again and sure enough they had a record of my call. I made another payment per the agreement and then sure enough they started blowing up my phone less than a week later. We’ve done a trip like this through the school and we’re never treated like this. This is likely the last time we will ever do business with this company.

My colleague and I took 28 students to England for the trip of a lifetime, and ETA made our trip special in every way. The office staff, tour guide, and website made it easy for us to set up a trip that took us to all the places we wanted to see, from the Globe Theater to Stonehenge to Roman Ruins to Oxford University--the students had so much fun and made many important friendships--all while learning more about culture and literature than they could have in a classroom. We receive world-class service from Emily, our contact person, and Amy, our tour guide. We're already planning our next trip--to Italy!

Since 2017, ETA has been providing logistical support for custom, faculty-led, short-term study abroad programs for California State University, Long Beach. Our ETA Program Manager, Emily Sweeney, has been amazingly responsive to faculty requests, is always available to answer questions, and finds creative solutions to difficult problems. As a result, hundreds of CSULB students (and faculty) have had the opportunity to explore cultural differences in destinations in Europe and Latin America through experiential learning beyond the classroom. Students universally describe their experiences as "transformative." ETA is an outstanding partner for CSULB in its mission to create global citizens.

I’ve taken several trips with ETA running the tours. They are organized and have shown us both major sites and out of the way spots. Small, family owned restaurants give you a real feel for local cuisine as well as customs. I’ll always choose this company. That are responsive and find solutions when an unexpected issue arises. You can do no better than ETA.
