The techs and front desk are very friendly and good with the little ones. The office is hard to get a hold of via the phone but they are fast when you text so I only text.
There a couple of things that I think they could add: reward system for the kids. WiFi access for us while we sit in the lobby.

We had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The dental assistant was incredibly sweet and patient with my child, she explained every step and made him feel comfortable the entire time. The Doctor is very professional and extremely detail-oriented. You can tell he truly cares about providing the best care. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend this clinic for children!

Had an illness which effected my teeth and caused serious damage... Came here to see what could be done on referral. I drove 1 hour to get here too. This place is super clean and efficient... The dentist, I believe his name is Dr Garcia is really kind and good at his job... Great advice and workmanship. He explains everything and helps keep the nerves down if dentists make ta nervous. The staff is very gentle and explain all too... super friendly!! The explain the plan and even price it out for you. They also take the savings plans that are super cheap... I will always use this dentist even if it's an hour drive... They are amazing!!!
Dr Garcia is my Dentist... Excellent Dr!

Dr. Garcia is an amazing dentist. My appointment for an extraction that I dreaded all day was pain-free. I recommend Esteem dental to everyone.

Brought my 4 year old daughter and 10 year old son today for the yearly cleaning. Immediately upon walking in the staff was welcoming and friendly. The office is very modern inside and is well kept and clean. We were able to fill out paperwork using our phone which was super easy. We were taken back right at our appointment times. Both my children were treated with great patience and respect throughout their treatment process. The staff walked them through everything step by step to make sure the children felt comfortable. Today we saw Dr.Matthews. He was great with the kids and did a great job going over their treatment plan in detail. We had asked about braces for my son and I loved that he encouraged my son to get better at his dental health first and in 3 months we would revisit for a possible consult. I love this because it shows he cares about my son’s overall health and wanting him to create long life healthy habits. We are excited to bring our third here in the future and look forward to continuing to come back for their visits. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for them.
