Experience was excellent with the front desk and dental hygienist. It's the waiting area that concerns me. The yellow chairs are very dirty. Please take care of this problem,thank you!

I loved the care we received—such a warm and welcoming environment. My son is 8 years old and has autism and ADHD, and I truly can’t find the words to describe how comfortable and calm the office makes him feel. Dr. Matthew and his assistants are very professional and kind.
We have been on this journey for three years, and although both Lucca and I felt nervous at the beginning, each visit has become more pleasant and reassuring.

We had an incredible experience at Esteem Dental. I had to bring my child in for an emergency visit due to a broken tooth, and we weren’t even established patients. From the very first phone call just to inquire about being seen, every single interaction was nothing less than amazing.
The front desk staff, dental assistant, and dentist all provided truly top-notch customer service. I’ve been to many different pediatric dental offices over the years, and I have honestly never been treated this well. Everyone was compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring during a very stressful situation.
We were fortunate that there were some cancellations and they were able to work us into the schedule. Typically, after a limited emergency exam, you don’t receive treatment the same day—but they went above and beyond and completed the treatment right then and there. While we weren’t lucky to have a major dental emergency, we were incredibly lucky to find this office.
The work that Dr. McLeod did on my son was absolutely phenomenal. I am beyond grateful for the care we received and can’t recommend Esteem Dental enough!
