Booked an appointment. Lewis arrived on time. He checked the window that was leaking and was completely honest and said it had been left open when installed! Yes I felt like an idiot, but so appreciative of a company that has integrity! He didn’t charge me. I would always use them in the future 🙂

I can't recommend Essex Roofing Limited enough. Unfortunately, I lost a ridge tile in a recent storm. I emailed some photos to help with a quote and had the quote within the day after first contact. The work was carried out before the initially suggested date by two extremely polite and professional staff. It's really refreshing to have work carried out with the minimum of fuss by excellent staff. Don't hesitate to contact, these guys!

Excellent Customer Service & Installation of new Velux Window and minor repairs to roof. Very impressed with response times from my initial contact to site visit, providing estimate and booking time slot to carry out the work. The tradesmen were very professional, did an excellent job and left the place very tidy. I would definitely recommend Lewis and essexroofing. Thank You I still loving my Velux and no longer worried about the roof !

Needed roof survey done quickly. Lewis of Essex Roofing juggled his day to accommodate (storms had happened few days before so was extremely busy) to get to me. Did a thorough job and adjusted fee as took less time than he anticipated. Would recommend & use again.

During Storm Eunice we lost a ridge tile. I called Essex Roofing, spoke to Lewis and after a short conversation and some photos of the damage, Lewis confirmed he would be around the following day. As promised they arrived the following day at 9.15am. I'm really happy with Essex Roofing service and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you. 👍🏻
