Friendly service, efficient. Very friendly packers and movers. Efficient packing with next to no breakages when we unpacked. Arrived in two vans over two days which ensure that there would be no complications on the small road we were moving to. They moved us from Essex to Yorkshire Dales and we were very pleased with the service.

I had my stuff moved out by this company on Saturday and they were absolutely amazing. The two men who helped me were so lovely and friendly. I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant and had to move very last minute because of the Council, so I was extremely stressed. They made the whole day feel so much more relaxed and easy for me. They were kind, professional, and really supportive throughout the move. They also helped by taking my bed down and setting it back up for me, which I really appreciated as it was difficult for me to do in my condition. I’m so grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a removal service.

The team of 5 men & 3 trucks Steve, Phil,Jordan,Leo,Paul were incredible, considerate & respectful with our property, they loaded & unloaded the vans in no time at all always checking that we were happy with the how they were doing. It is a total must to use these guys - they are reasonable with pricing and the guys doing the actual loading and packing/unpacking are super human - nothing is too much trouble. Everything is done with good grace and humour - all possessions are protected and floors covered etc. Steve and Alex in particular were absolutely incredible and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them - use these guys, you will not regret it. Thanks again Steve and Alex (and Andrea in the office) - you are all a credit to the company and will recommend you without hesitation in the future - no one else can come close to these guys - thanks again guys!

Second time for using this company and I won’t go to anyone else now. Cannot say enough about how great they’ve been. Chris was really friendly and helpful and sorted everything out for me before the move. Steve and Leo were the best, so friendly and they got everything done quickly and carefully and performed some sort of miracle getting everything in one van! They really do go above and beyond making sure they get it all sorted in your new home and I can honestly say they don’t rest until the job is complete and your furniture is where you want it! Made a stressful day so much easier.

2nd time - Once again I needed help moving a few heavy things and the first company to come to mind was Essex house, amzing team once again literally all the stress was removed when I saw the van pull up and Steve give us a wave haha. Thanks again you guys are amazing. 1st time - Amazing and very friendly staff. The person that helped me (Steven) was nothing but professional and helped with everything we had then went out of his way to make sure I had all my items before he left. 10/10 for this company and I wish them all the best in the future.
