Jayne taught me Lymphatic Drainage Massage & Basic Massage. This is the first course I had taken in beauty and I was so nervous! No need.. Jayne was so so knowledgeable and kind! She was encouraging and re assuring and her kind personality totally put me at ease! The small classes allow you to really learn everything you need. The way she teaches is impeccable, she will happily answer any questions you have. You don’t just learn the theory behind the treatment you also get to practice on two models so you really get a hands on experienceX which for me is such a helpful way of learning! Jayne also allowed me to pick her brains in starting out, what to buy, where to get things and everything I needed to go off on my own! I am now really enjoying what I am doing, I have so much confidence and if I struggle with anything, even now, Jayne allows me to message her and ask her question. Thanks Jayne! Can’t wait to return to learn more massaging techniques! x

Honest feedback. I did a facial course last year . I felt discriminatory attitude towards me from Jayne, she was stern faced not freindly. She explicitly said she has a problem with "illegal immigrants" we all know what that really means! I was not welcomed or made to feel comfortable. Given my experience, I was surprised by the number of five-star reviews. I also noticed that cash payment seemed to be preferred!!!! Overall, I did not feel the training represented good value, and I would not choose this provider again. I have since retrained elsewhere and saw the stark difference. My response: Your face was stern towards me but not at the other student! To be frank it felt like you didn't like my existence and I should not be there. You tolerated me because you was paid for tbe course. You never even said a simple hello to me when I first met you. You just waved me in abruptly to come inside! Being a daughter of an immigrant does not stop you from having prejudice views! At no point did I say I felt unsafe over flags, I am not a child to be intimidated by bunch of cloths flying around. How did you make me feel safe? I wasn't threatened by anything for you to have level of authority over me. You're trying to make yourself look good. You made that up! Clearly you have no record of when I completed the course it was at the end of October 2025. Which is not a year. I did not contact you three times! Another fabrication. Why have you not addressed the point of taking cash only😒 Anyone of colour please be aware of Jayne she does not practic what she claims in her response to this review with regards to prejudice views. Some people are oblivious to overt prejudice but I certainly ain't. Why would I express my concen to you when you're the issue. That would make no sense you would have made me feel really uncomfortable. You kept getting your back up. You did not want me to record as well. You made excuses that it will disrract me. I stood my ground and recorded! I respect your choices in life but you could not hold it in even when delivering a course. Be honest and upfront!

I am rather shocked by your review especially that you have done this a year after you trained with us. At no time did you express any concern, or voice that you felt uncomfortable. You absolutely were welcomed, especially as you said that you do not normally travel outside of London, and felt a little unsafe as you had seen lots of United Kingdom & England flags flying. We had a conversation as to how the flags were about being proud of being British and not of any racism! I felt I went above and beyond to make you feel secure and welcomed, as I would never want anyone to feel uncomfortable. As you can see from all my reviews everyone feels welcome and finds me approachable, regardless of their race, or gender. I find it rather uncomfortable that I am having to make a point of this, as I see everyone as an equal and not to be separated in explanations.

At no time did I or other students express a dislike of immigrants, that would not be allowed and against our school policies, I strongly support equality, especially as I am a daughter of an immigrant!
My training and school is open to everyone, regardless of their gender or race, so I have to strongly disagree with your comments.

All of my reviews are genuine, so your comment of being surprised I have all 5 star reviews, leaves me wondering where your comments stem from, as I have already said especially a year later. I have never received any comments in the manner that you have left, especially in your accusations. I welcome honest reviews, but do not feel that yours is an honest review.

At the end of the training you asked me about further courses, as well as contacting me some weeks later also enquiring about courses. So I can only presume from that you were happy with everything we had done at the time. I am very surprised that you have taken so long to bring this to my attention, but to do it in a manner where you have not discussed directly amazes me, you contacted me at least three times after the course.

Jayne was so lovely, patient with her framing and very thorough. Training academy directions easy to find and information given correct . Jayne had everything organised prior to my arrival for lymphatic training, from equipment to study works and even models . Felt really comfortable with Jayne and feel I am ready to offer my lovely clients another fantastic treatment . Thanks so much Jayne 100% from me !!

Wow, where to start… Jayne was an amazing teaching! I felt comfortable, confident and listened to if I have any questions throughout the course. Jayne is very professional, kind and knows everything there is to know about beauty and within the industry… anything she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing basically! I took the Advanced Massage Therapist Diploma Course. Right from the outset Jayne was happy to call me and discuss in detail what to expect during the course, as I wanted to make sure that it was right for me before committing to the course, nothing seemed too much trouble. I was quite an apprehensive student, and Jayne was happy to correct, and reassure where needed, I was quite anxious on the first day, but by the end of the 7 day course, I felt confident in my approach. The classes were small, with me having one to one for one of the massage specialities, but there was no more than 3 people taking the course. All models are provided, which helped to prep for taking massage to the public, as you had no idea who you were going to be applying your training too, as using relatives, friends would mean that the feedback was not necessarily going to be true, and no time would be wasted by the students working on each other, giving full hands on experience at all times. I was impressed by Jayne's knowledge and ongoing support, and in time hope to take up more courses with her.
