This has been the most expensive and horrible experience of my life as a homeowner. From contacting the wrong home owner or not at all to employees in heated arguments using profanity for me and my neighbors to hear. Was told the process would take about 2 weeks...it's now been 5 an the unit still isn't working and the final inspection not for another 2 weeks! I am beyond frustrated and angry.
Electrician was prompt and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. In and out in one day.
The install of my new furnace/AC was great. The crew were excellent and took the time necessary to do a great job. Very appreciative of their attention to detail.
Great experience all around definitely will recommend.
My call was on a heat pump installed last summer giving me an erroneous outdoor temp. They sent a technician out the next working day and he fixed it in less.than 5 minutes by moving the sensor to a spot where it wouldn't be hit with all day sun (a tree that used to shade to spot came down last winter.) It's reading correctly now. Thanks!
The free estimate process was very smooth and reasonable. Everything was explained well and I took advantage of great deals they had. Installation was quick and the crew completed it in one day. They explained what was happening and worked well to solve potential installation issues in a 1940s house. They also helped with thermostat setup and made sure everything was working well before wrapping up. Very pleased with the new HVAC system. Follow-up calls and emails were answered promptly to answer questions.
David, the sales guy who came out and gave us an estimate is awesome. Truly a great guy. Polite, knowledgeable, respectful. The guys who installed the furnace and heat pump did an incredible job, they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately the customer service from their office staff is terrible. I wasted an entire day, a 7 hour appointment block, waiting for an inspector who was never booked by Essential, their mistake. With threats of "you must be there for the entire 7 hour window to allow them access or you will be charged for the inspection and fines for missing it." It was extremely frustrating, I sent multiple emails with no response, and I called the number on the email from the inspection coordinator and ended up talking to a receptionist who had no idea about anything. It's very frustrating to deal with their lack of professionalism in the office. They have called my husband asking if he is still interested in a new furnace... We literally haven't had the new furnace for more than 3 weeks. So based on that fact, it's hard to recommend them. Hopefully they tighten up their admin procedures.
The wife and I love the new system. Heat when you want it and cool when you want it. The guy's that installed it were fantastic and answered all my questions I put to them. They were fast and thorough and didn't leave a mess. I would definitely recommend Essential Heating and Air for an HVAC installation, you won't be sorry.
My new,system was not working. The tech arrived and worked 2.5 hours throughly fixing and testing the system. Very polite and friendly

Fantastic price and stellar service!! Karol came out and did a fantastic job assessing my needs and the next day the crew was here. There was a problem with the mechanical permit approval but the staff at Essential fixed the issue and even upgraded my unit for no extra charge.

I had a consultation with Karol at Essential Heating and Air and I was really blown away by his professionalism and the quote I received. The flexibility shown by Karol and the team was impressive. And not only that, there was an issue with the mechanical permit approval and Essential replaced my unit with an upgrade for no additional cost. Truly a great experience!!
