The Lads at Especially Roofing managed to come round at fairly short notice (less than 24hrs) to fully replace the flashing around by Chimney stack, all stepped and pointed into the brickwork beautifully, no more rain water will be coming in my roof now.

Communication with Nathan was good, he was proactive discussing what would was going to happen and when. The guys did a good job on old dorma roof and also the upvc cladding. Looks great now. Clean and tidy with no mess left, all done in 2 days 👍🏻

Could not recommend more - 100% please use this roofing company - i've had issues in the past and these guys are the real deal.
I have had 6 roofers costing over 14k (my own fault as new house owner) and none of them resolved my issue. Especially roofing came out quickly and resolved my issue proffesionally stopping the leaks.
Full house roofs (despite a few different levels and length) done for 11k. Great price especially when compared to others. Guided through the process, final product looks amazing. Cleaned up after themselves, using proper tools/scaffolding and really candid in the work done.
Had rain last night and 0 leaks. i recommend highly.

Had a great experience with Especially Roofing in terms of a roof repair, which they performed at a decent/genuine price, unlike most other roofing companies who will try to upsell. Most importantly (to me it is the essence of customer service), the people are friendly, came at the date and time they committed and did a thorough evaluation of the roof with drone photography. I will definitely use them again in the future for any roof issues!

We had a leaking skylight on our old-style roof and Especially Roofing arrived the next day to take a look. Soon after we received a competitively priced quote to redo the fitting rather than full replacement.
On the day of the job, they arrived in a timely fashion, explained that a previous attempt to fix it made it harder to work with, but persevered and were done in good time. That night we had rain and found it wasn't quite sorted, so they came back the following day to make sure it was patched up free of charge. Taking the time to talk through the problem, and were upfront about the fact that if it didn't work that time it might be best to replace the skylight, which we agreed with. Luckily the second attempt sorted it so we've managed to delay the replacement for now.

Great experience. Spoke to Nathan initially and he came to see the job within a day of initial phone call. I'd been left in a bad situation from a previous roofer. We agreed on a price with some caveats for worse case scenario once some of the roof had been removed.
The access equipment went up as agreed and the roofing was started on the agreed date. Good lads on site, polite, willing. Job was completed quicker than expected and price reduction was given by Nathan off the back of this. Just a good experience overall. Would recommend.
From first contacting Nathan for a quote, the company has been reliable. They turned up when agreed, kept it touch & did the job quickly. It sounds obvious but I have had lots of work done in house in the last year & often communication has been a real problem. I even had a courtesy call to check that I was happy with the job.
