Elizabeth and Ernie are a wonderful team and the best partners I could have hoped for when selling my condo. I was intending to sell as-is (due to my hectic schedule) even though the condo was in desperate need of a remodel. When I met them for the first time and explained my circumstances, they offered to help get things done so we could sell for the best price. We signed a service contract that evening and the very next day they had workers starting the remodel. They went above and beyond scheduling vendors, picking out materials, and ordering new appliances. The end result was a transformation from a dated condo into a modern and cozy home with scraped popcorn ceilings, fresh paint, new floors and kitchen countertops, a new stove and dishwasher, and a new dining room ceiling fan. Throughout the process, they were always quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me informed about the next steps. I'll definitely be going back to Elizabeth and Ernie the next time I need to buy or sell a home.

They do great work with divorce sales, so we decided to work with them.

Ernie & Liz did an amazing job selling my parents house! First Ernie made sure we were up to code and even installed lighting to brighten up the living room, and gave us direction to a few things we needed to upgrade so we were prepared to sell, when they put the house on the market they keep our original appraisal as our end of sale price, they set up signs for over a mile which brought in many people and managed to sell the house on the first showing!
They were great at sending and explaining the paperwork we had to sign as there was a ton of it! All in all I would truly recommend using them they are every professional and direct !
