We contacted Enville Oak after a having a bad experience with a builder that we’d already paid to do the job. We were emotionally drained by what we had been through but Enville Oak were extremely empathetic to our needs. They were brilliant from start to finish. They gave us a quote as requested and kept us updated every step of the way. They provided images of what our porch would like which was really good for us to see what it would be like once finished. The finished product is more than we expected, we get compliments constantly from neighbours, often stating they have porch envy! We are over the moon and throughout the process, we built up a good relationship with Enville Oak and I would have no hesitations in getting them to do future work. We met Big and little Ben at the NEC, 2019, first impressions….had that feeling of trust and honesty, what this was not sure, but we walked away knowing this was the company that was going to build our forever home.
We started the journey with them and it was a journey but Enville Oak held our hands all the way from that first meeting to the very end and still today. Any questions and concerns we had we had the answers within hours to put our minds at rest. Lee (manger) was my daily councillor. From 7.30am even when he was still at home some days that phone he would answer lol (sorry Lee)no job was too big or small for him thank you Lee.
If you are looking at doing any project this is definitely the people the company and the extended family they call their team, are the ones.
Enville without you all, we would not have our forever home. We walk around our home and still can’t believe how lucky we got finding you all. Thank you and thank you again from myself and Martin for holding our hands through it all.
Also what price they quoted us it did not go over a pound through the whole build. Also we knew the oak and materials had gone up in price because of Covid but you still honoured the price.

This has been a near perfect experience. From initial telephone discussions through on site meetings, manufacture and then installation, Enville Oak have been friendly and professional throughout.
