It was a super positive experience, we needed a transfer from the hotel in Kuala Lumpur city center to the airport at night and the driver was very punctual and professional, drove attentively but quickly of Kuala Lumpur traffic. The car is very fragrant new and comfortable and the boot very spacious point the driver helped us load the luggage and unload them, which was not obvious with the other drivers we had in the stay in Malaysia
Great taxi service
We had a great time with our driver! We needed a ride from KL to Terranganu and back, and Faris from Enovacab was great! Faris helped us with our luggage, was very kind and polite. He was a safe driver even on the long trip, and accommodating to our requests to stop for breaks. Overall we would definitely contact him again if we need a ride!

I highly recommend Enovacab KL for any journeys both around KL and outside trips.Communication was all over WhatsApp and the team quickly responded to all questions. Leading up to the trip, they were available and checked itinerary and on the day we had Mr Zaidi.He was a great driver with really good English. His car was an MPV with lots of space for the 4 of us. He also provided free bottled water for all of us in the car. He took us around the sights of KL (Batu Caves, Independence Square, royal palace, national Monument, Bukit Bintang) and on the way told us various facts about the city and places we visited/passed. Great Tour with Driver Mr Kay
We did an all day tour in Kuala Lumpur, starting and ending at the cruise ship terminal port klang. Easy booking via the whatsapp chat integrated in their website. Pickup Time and place were clearly communicated. Price was ckear and fixed. No Bargening, no unexpected extra cost. Driver Mr Kay was friendly and funny. He asked us about our preferrences, and changed the tour accourding to our needs. Really great tour. Was a perfect day for us.

We traveled to Europe Croatia Zagreb. We took a Eko Taxi driven by Mr Roko Pahlic. I dropped my credit card holder (with all my cards) in his taxi without noticing it. Came back to the hotel during the night. The hotel receptionist informed me that the taxi driver had left a message for me saying that my credit cards was with him and would like to return it to me. We utilised Mr Zaidi’s service for the whole time we were in KL. He picked us up at the airport with a genuine smile and loveliness. He transferred us to the different hotels we were staying and also arranged for another driver (Mr Rosli, also a fabulous driver) to take us on a city tour. Zaidi took us to the Fire Flies, visitng monkeys and hot spring place on the way. We also did a full day drive to the National Park Taman Negara and back to the airport home. Though a very long Day Zaidi was always telling stories and pointing out different landmarks along the way. Mr Zaidi was very knowledgeable about Malaysia, its history and modern times. Our group of five adults booked Zaidi as our driver for a full day trip to the Batu Caves and Kuala Selangor. Zaidi speaks excellent English, and is punctual, reliable and well priced. He replies promptly to email or WhatsApp communications. Early in the morning, Zaidi picked us up at our two separate hotels in Kuala Lumpur. He then drove us to the Batu Caves and waited while we visited there. Next, he drove us to Kuala Selangor where we saw silver leaf monkeys in a public park. Zaidi even bought us monkey food to feed the monkeys! At my request, he dropped us off at Auntie Foo's Cafe for lunch (cash only) and to use the nice restroom. Next, Zaidi dropped us off at the Fun Life jetty for our photo shoot. He knew the exact location of the jetty. I had booked with Fun Life (months in advance!) their Sky Mirror photo session and eagle and firefly tours. After the photo shoot and before the eagle and firefly tours, we had time for a quick dinner. We asked Zaidi to recommend a satay restaurant nearby so he took us to an excellent and inexpensive satay restaurant. After our eagle and firefly tours, he drove us back to Kuala Lumpur and dropped us off at the two separate hotels where we were staying. It was a wonderful day!

We had the pleasure and joy of spending a very beautiful day with Mr. Zaidi outside KL: a day rich in discovery because we adapted our program in a relaxed mode, from the elephant sanctuary to the fireflies by night. Mr Zaidi made us discover an Indian temple with sublime monochrome architecture, there was a fairly intense ceremony at that moment... but there was a ban on taking photos... we had also spotted an immersive experience (secret), immediately requested, immediately taken away... extraordinary! Mr Zaidi is a remarkable person, warm, very caring, he pampered us with lots of attention... very comfortable car, confident and careful driving... Mr Zaidi is engraved in our hearts. Looking for a English Speaking Airport Taxi Service.
We travelled from Auckland to Kuala Lampur and used Zaidi taxi service six times to take us to and from the airport at various times of the day & early morning. I hired Zaidi during a week-long visit to Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia. With him, I visited Ipoh, Cameron Highlands, Malacca, and Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas during my visit.These are my wonderful experiences:1. Communications with Zaidi was superb. Six months before my visit, I sent emails to seven or eight companies. Zaidi answered my request first. He also attached the costs for each area I wanted to visit. Because Cathay Pacific canceled one of my flights, I had to rebook my trip, but he adjusted his schedule for me.2. His car is very comfortable and clean with a nice air conditioner. He always provided ample bottles of water. When I visited a place, he tried to park the as close as possible, so I could be more comfortable. He always sent me texts in the morning about where he was. He was very punctual.3. I was interested in local Malaysian food and gave him my list. I also told him about my food allergies. He researched the restaurants and took me to wonderful restaurants. At the restaurants he always talked to chefs or waiters if there were any ingredients that would cause me problems. Because of him, I could enjoy my food without any worries. The foods were delicious and the prices were unbelievable. I saved a lot of money on food.4. He also had great knowledge of KL and Malaysia, and he was a good listener. He always explained about places we went to. I learned the origins of the names of Malaysian cities, such as Penang, Malacca, and Kuala Lumpur. So, the 12 hour Cameron Highlands and Ipoh trip didn’t feel terrible even though I started 8 am and returned to my hotel 8 pm. A week later, when I headed to Penang, I felt I was spoiled by his excellent service, hoping my driver in Penang would be like Zaidi. Yes, the driver, Habib, in Penang was as superb as Zaidi. Guess what? Zaidi introduced me to Habib. Also, I found out Zaidi called Habib and told Habib about my food allergies and my preference for Malaysian food.If you hire Zaidi, you will understand why I praise him so highly. Thank you Zaidi. You and Habib made my two-week long Malaysia trip one of the best trips. I will always remember your and Habib’s outstanding services.
