Asked to repair a tesla with minor dent. As soon as the company hear "tesla", it is like Elon kicked their butt, "we don't want to touch tesla" so they told me. Really? For a dent that you can not get involved?

Hi Zhibo, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We aim to serve all our customers and regret any inconvenience to you but we unfortunately do not repair Tesla vehicles. If you had called prior to your unscheduled visit we could have informed you that we are not Tesla certified to complete repairs. When you did stop by unannounced with out an appointment our staff discussed the repair and offered several Tesla repair facilities in the local area. We hope you found someone to complete your repairs
Bob and his crew at England Motorcoach did an outstanding job on my Volkswagen. Ithe professionalism and customer service was beyond compare.

AMAZING experience! England Motorcoach exceeded my expectations! I went in “blind” by just getting my car towed here after an accident and this was the best decision I’ve made all year lol! Great workmanship and Excellent service. Bob went above and beyond to get my car ready when I needed it even though the vendors delayed sending the required parts and several of his workers were on leave. He fixed the car himself!!
