Excellent service from Engineer Daniel today. I had a warning message about my DPF and I booked a professional deep clean. Daniel was so knowledgeable and informative about my vehicle and went over and above to ensure my vehicle was in the best working order it could be. He offered my some additional advice regarding oil changes, filter cleans/replacement and cables that would benefit from replacement. He has given me confidence in my vehicle again. Called regarding a blocked dpf but after a diagnosis it was a egr valve problem. Daniel recommended a remap to resolve that and any further issues. Did great job and I'm happy with results. Reasonable price for work involved and definitely would recommend them .

Called Engiclean to see if they could clean my totally blocked DPF,they offered to come out the same day but I opted for the next day,Adam came on time and thoroughly checked the car over prior to attempting to unblock it,he spoke me through the process as he was doing it and managed to clean it out and then done the carbon cleaning on the engine which helped the car massively once he’d completed it,car is miles better after the service that Engiclean provided me with today and couldn’t recommend them highly enough,thanks Adam

We were on the way to Scotland for our holiday when the dpf warning light came on, and then the engine went into limp mode. We stopped at Cairn Lodge Services and call EngiClean Ltd. Explained our situation. It was Saturday morning and we were told they didn't have any time till Monday. After few minutes we got phone call back from Adam. He told us he'll come in about 40 minutes. He came, scanned the van with the computer and managed to clean the dpf. Also found the issue with one of the sensors but we managed to get to our destination. ADAM SAVED OUR HOLIDAY!!!

Polite,pleasant ,professional ,knowledgeable ,punctual and a hard worker not fazed by difficulty or weather. By analysing and then Using specific kit to deal with diesel filter problems confident he’s got to the bottom of an issue I’ve been having that others have just been guessing at. 3 months warranty also which is good. the team at engi are absolutely phenomenal! from the first call - to the end result. I have been through hell with people trying to sort my ford kuga on the DPF problem.. I had it into a garage that cost me £120 & they told me to keep driving the car & clean it out to clean out the filter.. turns out my intercooler pipe had a tear in it & wasn't found from the previous garage! yet engi found it straight away!!!! I am so beyond grateful to frank & jennifer for everything theyve done for me & of course my car. Jennifer deserves a pay rise for keeping me calm & being so professional & frank was amazing & explaining things & even helped me with a lift from work due to my car fault, absolutely out standing service.
