Not very many companies offer entry level positions where they are willing to train you with say background issues and so far it's been consistent with a lot of knowledge and a lot of information to be able to get on the other side of that and that's one of the things that has drawn me to this particular posting

You’re right, true entry level roles that offer training and are flexible on background are some of the hardest to find, even though there are companies willing to hire that way. Most postings aren’t clear about it, which is where people get stuck.

That’s a big part of what we focus on, surfacing roles that mention paid training, no experience, or second chance opportunities and making them easier to find.

They go fast once they’re visible, so staying consistent and applying early matters. Glad the platform has been useful in helping you move in that direction.

We try to go further by sharing real information, patterns we’re seeing, and guidance that actually helps people make better decisions based on their situation.

This is what matters! Getting someone from needing work to actually being employed, while also building a few solid leads ahead of time, is exactly how this should work when the right roles and the right employers line up.

Most platforms stop at applications. The goal here is to create enough visibility and signal that you’re not just applying, you’re getting in front of companies that are actively hiring and thinking ahead.
