The process of replacing the windows in our home was quite painless. The sales and pre-work teams did all they could to ensure there were no surprises on install day. Then, on install day Rueben and Jose were quick, clean and helpful. They answered our questions, gave us last minute options and were professional throughout the installation. I would recommend EnergyGuard to others, for sure.

I waited almost a year to write this review in order to give a longer term view. I couldn’t be happier. Getting 20 custom windows for a 1910 house was a big project but the team made it incredibly easy (and I was a fairly picky customer). Also shout out to Carrie who was a scheduling maestro, I really appreciated her excellent communication and being able to do all the paperwork virtually. The installation was great, I was working from home and the crew were not only efficient and did great work but were kind enough to ask of their own accord how they could adjust their plan to minimize noise disruption and allow me to move pets between rooms on a break. We got all our home windows replaced by EnergyGuard and have been so happy with both the process and the results. John came to our home for the first consultation meeting and was super kind, helpful, and informative. Carrie at the office was responsive and great at communicating updates, and Mason who led the installation process was professional and did a wonderful job. On top of all that, they were able to do the installation a little earlier than they had projected and were much more affordable than another popular option we looked into. Referred to this company by Milgard representatives at the Portland Home & Garden Show. Don’t bother. Complete waste of our time. Got all the way to accepting the bid for our project, just to be told that THEY don’t accept any jobs with fewer than 5 windows. This after upselling us to a larger window that would require cutting into our siding to fit - and we’d need to first take off the decorative shutters ourselves. Stay with real, local, companies that return your calls and emails, come to your home for the estimate (they did not!) and are *happy* to have your business— like Mac Glass, here in McMinnville.
