I first made a reservation on line and then the Staff called me to verify it. I went into the office to complete the transaction, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable easy to work with and explains everything to you.

The Manager is extremely helpful and professional. We’ve now used this storage location for two years and have had top notch service.
The facilities are clean, organized and safe. Every time I’ve had a question, I’ve received prompt responses. I highly recommend Empire Mini Storage in Cloverdale.

After the other storage unit in town raised their rates AGAIN my husband army down to empire where he met with Nikki and immediately decided that we would switch! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating which made it even easier to decide to switch!

I wish I had noticed all the bad reviews buried further down before I rented here. Id believe them over all the rosey stuff posted here as I’m sure most of it is fake. Once you meet the person who LIVES on SITE you’ll see those positive reviews in different light. I was hoping for a pleasant experience as a local but the staff was VERY strange to deal with - really up in your business a lot when you are trying to get in and out. Like I said They live on premises right near the gate so you can imagine how that can be with overzealous controlling types. All I can say is I’m happy I moved my stuff out and I won’t be back.
Easy to make n appointment, easy to sign up and find the right size unit, easy in and out. Would recommend to anyone.
