Sadly this is my last time buying from Emperor. Bought 4 shrimp yesterday 3 perfectly fine happy swimming in my tank, 1 though died in the bag, something that sadly can happen easy with shrimp due stress. I told them it died in the bag but wouldn't believe me and thus wanted a water sample from my tank which the shrimp never entered. Totally unacceptable so they have lost a customer that has been going there for will over 10 years spending hundreds of £s per year over a £4 shrimp and a bit of common sense, by being a jobs worth. Just to prove how well my tank is thriving see pictures attached, pregnant shrimp, baby shrimps and the two red shrimp are actually ones from the 4 I bought doing very well because my tank is fine and the one that died, did so before entering my tank. Very sad.
Absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable staff and passionate about what they do. Can highly recommend them, been using them for decades and just been back and just as great as its always been. Great selection and advice.

Came here today from wadebridge Cornwall as my mum who lives near you guys always talk about how good your fish are and the fact you have stock you wouldn’t see else where so I had to come check it out and I wasn’t disappointed the stock they have is fantastic and had fish you wouldn’t get else where, picked up a long fin ancistrus pleco and some long fin zebra danios. Highly recommended and definitely will be back was worth the journey ❤️😍

Great team here , always helpful and never pushy with the sale. Chris helped us with a few queries, found us the best deal, and others in the team guided us through the first few weeks to keep us on track. Will be back again for further supplies and fish.
