Always had positive experiences in this shop. They helped us through some rookie errors at the beginning of our fish keeping journey. We’ve been helped now by every member of the team at some point and they’ve all been very knowledgable. All of the fish we’ve bought from here have turned out to be very healthy.
Also, our son has additional needs and everyone will listen to him, share facts, and answer all his question on various fish, which is now a special interest. Would really recommend, they’re all just really friendly.

Very helpful, experienced and knowledgeable staff. I have been keeping fish for around 40 years but there are still things I sometimes need advice on and this would be my first port of call.
I recently ordered a custom 500 litre aquarium and couldn’t be happier with the result. They phoned me several times to clarify details during the process and communication was great throughout.
After I had installed the tank I wanted to transfer the lighting units from my old tank but needed fittings that were no longer available. Rather than trying to sell me new equipment, the staff searched around their store rooms, found the correct fittings and supplied them to me free of charge.
Highly recommended.
