I use this for almost all cooking I love this machine! With time to get used to it, this multi-cooker has practically replaced my oven. It is versatile, easy to use, and lowered my electric bill (just before rates went up again).You need some patience to work out how to adjust the time/temp when using standard recipes. I found similar recipes written for an airfryer, or even better specific to this machine, compared the time/temps, took notes, and made tweaks if the results weren't as expected. The learning curve is worth it.

Not new it was used and damaged Product was not an original box. It was just thrown in some oversize box. It caused to get damage even more. The product has been used. Everything inside was opened up, shut and sealed with chest regular white packing tape on the front to keep the doors and flying open the outside is heavily damaged

Love it This thing is great. Lots of modes. Just watch your stuff for the first time preparing. Some things cook very fast and may burn. I love mine and am glad I made this a new addition to my kitchen. Easy to clean and comes with all the goodies to make magic happen. Have not used the big house oven in weeks, this will be great in the summer.no more hot hous when making cookies.

Loved it, until … We loved this until the air fryer quit working. All the other functions work! Called their customer service number and the person I spoke to said that she/company couldn’t help me. It’s only a year old! We used the air fryer function at least once a day.

Emeril 2-door air frying oven It was way too small I lost smaller than the one I had to door that I had you could barely put anything in there you couldn't even put a 9 x 13 pan in it it was worthless I'm going to order a new one a lot bigger if Emeril wants to make a two-door oven he needs to make it a whole lot bigger for the price I just hated this one

Stainless Steel Air Fryer I bought the Emeril Lagasse 26 QT Extra Large Air Fryer for my family for Christmas. It is a great addition to our family. Last night’s dinner included tater tots they were delicious nice and crispy. It’s impossible to get crispy tater tots in a conventional oven. It’s more than an air fryer. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend this product.

Cooks nice.....but.... First off, I want to say that this oven cooks everything we tried very well. Baking, reheating leftovers, toasting, air fry, did it all very well.We used this oven as a replacement for our pitiful RV oven. If you have a RV with an oven, you know exactly what I mean by pitiful.The reason I mention this is to point out that the oven didn't get the daily type of use that it might if it were in your home.Now to the problem. The doors are designed so that you can grab one, and they both open, and stay open until you close it, then they both close. They are spring loaded to keep them closed. That function broke on our oven. They would stay closed, but they opened independently of each other. Try grabbing a hot pan with one hand, and hold open two hot doors with your other hand. You are gonna need another hand.There is a plastic part in the base that basically disintegrated. It was more difficult to get the oven taken apart to get to the part than it would have been to replace it. Trouble was, the customer support wasn't responding to our messages. We waited a few days, then reached out to Amazon Customer Support. They tried every contact number they had for customer support...no answer. The oven was about 10 months old, the manufacturer had a 12 month warranty. Amazon stepped up, and refunded us the entire purchase price, and arranged for a pickup of the defective unit.I will be purchasing a replacement oven, but I won't be buying another Emeril due to their lack of support.

Outperforms my 10qt Air Fryer This. Thing. ROCKS!In addition to doing everything my large 10Qt. air fryer does, it can also fit one of those Costco Motor City Pizza Co.'s pizzas. The build quality is exceptional, from the dial to the doors it's clear Emeril wanted to put his name on a quality piece of culinary engineering.There's a set-it and forget-it feeling to cooking a wide variety of items that I didn't feel with my Air Fryer and being able to monitor my food through the glass doors is a feature I didn't know I needed so badly, until I had it. From the pure joy of crispy french fries, frozen to perfection chicken breasts -to- the simplicity of toasting bread or rotissering a pork loin, I've been delighted with cooking using this Air Fryer, toaster, baker, broiler, etc. consistently.Notable:- The footprint isn't much bigger than my old air fryer.- The trays and racks are easy to clean.- It heats up FAST.- It can replace your oven, easily, for so many things.If you've read this far, you likely know by now that you should buy it. Seriously.

Cleaning Trays Although this works just fine, the grate and tray are very difficult to clean. The grease sticks to them and it take a lot of work to clean them. I would not purchase this again.

Rotisserie Doesn't Work Bought this in October 2024. Attempted to use the rotisserie in January 2025. It did not rotate (with and without food on it). Called the customer service phone number and they told me to email pictures and videos (cause my word was not good enough). Emailed the pictures and videos. They have not responded within the 48 hour timeframe that was posted on their automated response. Sent another email but I have no hopes that they will get back to me. I might have to take this to the Better Business Bureau....
