My partner and I had the most amazing meal at Embassy. Having dined at Michelin star restaurants previously, the food here certainly matches up to that level. Everything was crafted with detail, presented beautifully and with a sense of uniqueness! One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The kitchen carefully catered to my partner’s dietary requirements (gluten free/coeliac) and provided him with swaps for elements which contained gluten. The cocktails and wine were delicious. The most outstanding part was the service, the all female staff were extremely attentive and even offered seconds of each course. The attention to detail with the gift upon our exit was outstanding. Highly highly reccommend visiting embassy if you are ever in Siem Reap. One of our most memorable meals to date!!!

An absolute treat
Easy to find in Siem Reap, beautifully lit outside, leading you inside to an oasis of calm and elegance. Loved the visit to the kitchen to meet chef. Each course was a delight. Never experienced a tasting menu that offered seconds of any course you loved! Visiting Embassy was a wonderful treat on the last evening of our holiday. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant gastronomique khmer à Siem Raep ! Tout était absolument délicieux de l’amuse-bouche jusqu’au dessert. C’est sans doute l’une des meilleures cuisines que nous ayons jamais goûtée jusqu’à présent ; totalement digne d’un étoilé.
Petit plus pour le moment dégustation / rencontre du personnel en cuisine. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la décoration élégante, la musique s’alliant parfaitement à l’ambiance, le personnel (exclusivement féminin) attentionné et souriant. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Merci encore pour cette expérience unique !

From the moment we approached the Embassy we knew we were in for a treat. From the beautiful garden at the entrance to the restaurant to the welcome from the staff as we walked in, to the exquisite prawn toast we were presented with with our cocktail the staff and food never failed to disappoint. This was an exceptional night of beautiful food served by excellent staff. We were invited into the kitchen to meet the all female team which was a really nice touch. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Lo staff, tutto al femminile, è cordiale, preparato, attento, la cucina è delicata ma con sapori autentici della loro terra e materie prime trattate in modo eccellente.
