Petit plus pour le moment dĂ©gustation / rencontre du personnel en cuisine. Nous avons Ă©galement beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la dĂ©coration Ă©lĂ©gante, la musique sâalliant parfaitement Ă lâambiance, le personnel (exclusivement fĂ©minin) attentionnĂ© et souriant. From the moment we approached the Embassy we knew we were in for a treat. From the beautiful garden at the entrance to the restaurant to the welcome from the staff as we walked in, to the exquisite prawn toast we were presented with with our cocktail the staff and food never failed to disappoint. This was an exceptional night of beautiful food served by excellent staff. We were invited into the kitchen to meet the all female team which was a really nice touch. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Lâesperienza ad Embassy Ăš stata indimenticabile! Io e mia madre avevamo alte aspettative ma le hanno superate a pieno. Lo staff, tutto al femminile, Ăš cordiale, preparato, attento, la cucina Ăš delicata ma con sapori autentici della loro terra e materie prime trattate in modo eccellente. A must try in Siem Reap!! INCREDIBLE
What an absolutely brilliant experience. Iâve been to a few restaurants in the 50 worlds best list and the fact that they arenât on the 50 worldâs best is surprising. Amazing from start to finish. We tried the set menu with the classic food one pairing and it was everything we hoped for and beyond. To top it all off itâs an all female team! Kudos to the chef and the team. This was a lovely experience with amazing service and even more fabulous Cambodian food. There was so many beautiful small touches, hand written name cards, to a lovely gift of macaroons to take home, and the menu with a hand written note of the menuâs inspiration. Whatâs so amazing is that this is an all female run restaurant! I was also asked on several courses if Iâd like the same course again, unfortunately I was time bound otherwise I would have loved more! The team at the Embassy and chef Kimsan should be proud of themselves, I hope they achieve a Michelin star in the future!

Thank you for your commend. Our prices may be high for Cambodia but we are not a road side restaurant , we are a restaurant with a nice setting , a chef that went around the world working alongside with famous Michelin chef's.

Outstanding fine dining experience
This is an outstanding restaurant serving a set tasting menu. Lovely, attentive staff and top quality food, particularly the chicken broth and the pumpkin dessert - but every dish was excellent. Compared to other places in Cambodia, this is an expensive option, but 66 US Dollars a head for a fine dining experience such as this is really not expensive compared to elsewhere. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ce restaurant gastronomique cambodgienne est représentatif de la culture khmer, que ce soit dans la cuisine ou l'accueil. Tout y est travaillé avec amour et passion. Chaque bouchée est un voyage à travers le Cambodge. Les plats sont assortis avec des infusions à base de plante. J'y ai mangé le meilleur nem cru au poisson. Je recommande vivement!
