Our experience started with a wonderful welcome, followed by attentive service. Our meal was very well prepared and an unusual combination of flavors. Every course was artistically arranged and came with a short story about its inspiration. The food was fantastic and the evening was amazing. Sreynong was an attentive and delightful server. Notre soirée à the Embassy a été pour nous l'un des points marquants de notre voyage au Cambodge. Quel émerveillement, vraiment! On n'a qu'une envie en partant, remercier l'équipe pour ce moment d'exception et pour cette immersion dans les saveurs Khmères. Tout a été dit ici sur la qualité, le travail remarquable de cette équipe 100% féminine : on trouve effectivement dans ce lieu digne d'un multi-étoilé Michelin un mix idéal de modernité, de tradition, d'accueil généreux, d'exigence incroyable dans chaque détail. La surprise s'invite dans chaque bouchée, dans chaque attention. Côté vins proposés pour un accord parfait avec les plats, c'est juste magnifique. Les vins sélectionnés sont une découverte en soi. On peut également s'offrir le plaisir d'un menu entier au Champagne (nous avons préféré l'accord de vins sélectionnés, premium et superbe). Allez-y les yeux fermés. Cette équipe est formidable et l'expérience offerte avec coeur et engagement exprime tout le talent et l'énergie du Cambodge, grâce au talent fédérateur de Chef Kimsan. What an amazing way to spend my last night in Siem Reap.
The Embassy is much more than dinner at a nice restaurant. It is a fine dining experience unlike anything I’ve ever seen.
The attention to detail when creating the ambiance, the level of service from all the women on staff, and the presentation and flavors were next level.
The food was very beautiful and delicious. The portion sizes look small by American standards but the meal was very filling and exceeded my expectations.

El local es muy elegante y cuidado, así como el personal, atento y amable. En cuanto a la comida me pareció desigual. Algunos platos mejores y otros que no están conseguidos, casi como en cualquier restaurante medio vaya, pero que un local de estas pretensiones se tolera menos, y todo debería ser excelecte. Lo peor es el precio, elevadísimo en comparación con la cantidad/calidad de los platos. Quizás está relacionado con el ejército de camareras que deambulan por el local constantemente, sin ningún propósito definido.

Dining at this restaurant was the best culinary experience in Siem Reap. It's amazing! A delicious menu of traditional Cambodian kitchen with a modern twist and incredible flavors! And all with exceptional service and attention. It doesn't have a Michelin star, but it certainly deserves one. Absolutely recommended!

Absolutely amazing. A very interesting mix of tastes, textures, and temperatures. Our server, Somani, was very attentive, polite, observant, and helpful. Even when we had allergies / preferences in the menu selection, the chef was able to accommodate and produce a substitution that was delectable. If you’re in Siem Reap, do yourself a favor and come here to experience the best of the region!
