Received my PC in a good condition and working fine. Kudos to Zul for helping me throughout the buying process.
But I had to give a bad review as I got a bad experience after I paid and ordered my PC.
First I was told it’s mostly “3-6 business days” for my PC to get ready, which is fine, that they took 6 days to finish building my PC.
Placed my order on 30th June, got told my PC is done and packed on 9th July. The delivery that I’ve been told is mostly the next day I would receive my PC. But things didn't go as planned as I was given my tracking on 9th July Wednesday, got told that maybe try tomorrow as the tracking needs to be updated.
10th July Thursday, I was trying to check the tracking but it’s not showing in the GDEX website because guess what? GDEX did not pick up the PC from them yesterday on 9th July and I got delayed another day from receiving my PC. Not sure who’s fault it was that it was not been picked up but at least update me that the PC was not picked up and I need to wait another day. No updates unless I ask first.
11th July Friday, my PC arrived in the wrong GDEX hub and rerouting to the correct hub on 11AM. Waited till almost 4pm but the tracking was not updating. Had to call GDEX multiple times to sort out the issue, and have to pick up my PC from the GDEX hub myself because if I had to wait, it will be delivering on the following Monday because of public holiday.
All I want to say is please update your customer if there’s a delay in shipment from your side because GDEX did not pick them up, instead of waiting for us to ask why.
Secondly, GDEX is a horrible courier, they split my two parcel to different hubs and I need to go two different hubs to pick up my PC. This was my worst online shopping experience.
