I have rented out my property with Elliot Leigh through their guaranteed rental contract for many years. They are in my opinion the best management company to choose.
In particular, Lucy Bree, Compliance Administrator, who is an extremely true professional, also caring and understanding and is a wonderful credit to Elliot Leigh.
I would also mention Craig Tiller, Lease, Renewal and Termination Administrator, who I have also found to be extremely professional when I have been negotiating a new contract. He takes time to listen to you and talks through procedures with you. Again, a wonderful credit to Elliot Leigh.
If you are thinking of taking out a Guaranteed Rental contract, Elliot Leigh should be your first call.

This was my first contact with Stuart Bond from Elliot Leigh and from the beginning they came across as very friendly but professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I handed over the property on a Friday and they had tenants that moved in the following Tuesday, so minimising any void. I would definitely use them again.

I come from a plumbing and building background, so I know what good work looks like. The engineer who attended my property was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I don’t know his name, but he was medium-built, Asian, and from his accent seemed British-born.
I asked him to take a quick look at my toilet, which wasn’t scheduled. He said he didn’t have time because he had too many jobs booked. This shows engineers are overbooked and pressured, and highlights the lack of direction and technical understanding from management.
I spoke once over the phone to the manager, I think it was Daood. Under his management, the focus seems to be on rushing jobs rather than completing them properly, resulting in temporary fixes rather than long-term solutions.

We have been using Elliotleigh Estate agent for more than 25 years for managing our properties. Last six months we were helped by Craig for a number of issues , in my personal opinion he is very professional respectful person knows how to deal with and help customers/Clients within the legal boundaries and implications, I am very much grateful to him for all the help he provided us promptly when needed.
I cannot recommend Alan from Elliot Leigh highly enough. Although we ultimately decided to not sign on with the firm, it was Alan’s exceptional professionalism and dedication that truly stood out during the process.

Great service from Alan and Neil at Elliot Leigh. They were professional, efficient, and got my property rented swiftly on the guaranteed rent scheme. They kept me updated throughout and made the whole process smooth. It's only been a few months that they've taken on the property ,but so far the experience has been good and rent has been paid on time.
I’ve been with Elliotleigh for 1 year and have had no problems at all, rent paid on time with no issues. Craig has gone over and beyond anything I’ve asked him and he oversaw the smooth handover of everything at the property. Lovely and kind always there to help. Would recommend any one to Craig a very honest pleasant gentleman.
I’d like to leave very positive feedback for Martin, who supported me when I first moved into the property. I was feeling very anxious at the time, and Martin was incredibly patient, reassuring, and supportive throughout the process. He helped make the move-in feel much smoother and took the time to explain everything and help me settle in and feel safe. He also very kindly provided a comforter, which was an unexpected but genuinely appreciated gesture. His support made a real difference, and I’m very grateful for his help.
MJ74 UKX - Dangerous driving, cutting lanes, no signalling, driving through dedicated bus lanes. Whoever was driving it at 5.30 on 27 December, is a menace and should not be on the road. Wondering if your services are as dangerous!

In my more recent dealings with Elliot Leigh Guaranteed Rents, I have had cause to deal with a relatively new addition to their team. Craig Tiller has provided assistance to me on several occasions recently. He has been a welcome addition from my perspective. Extremely helpful on legal aspects of renting out property, (especially useful in the current climate). Attentive to clients, giving his time freely to assist in more technical aspects of renting. Professional approach, giving the Company a boost in terms of their Customer Service, he will aid clients and the Company alike.
I have been working with Elliot Leigh for over 10 years. I have always found them very efficient and easy to work with. Any issues that have arisen have been resolved. I would highly recommend them and my most recent interaction was with Craig Tiller, who was extremely helpful and professional.Highly recommend
