Absolutely adore Ella’s alterations! I got a custom made wedding dress and when it arrived I was disappointed because it didn’t fit the way I envisioned. Took it to Ella’s and she addressed everything I was concerned about and more. I even brought my daughters, and mother back because we had such a great experience. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be repeat customers.

Had my wedding dress altered by Ella recently and it was a great experience! Price was very reasonable and was done quickly (within the same month). Ella was very professional and knowledgable. The initial consultation helped identify all the adjustments that were needed and when I came back to pick up my dress, she went over each adjustment with me. Such a great experience and sweet person! At my last fitting with my wedding dress I mentioned my aunt had gifted me a dress I might use for the reception and she told me to bring it in, had it altered down a good few sizes within a couple weeks for my wedding!
Such an easy process and a huge relief when I had to rush a wedding within a couple months. So grateful for her timeliness and affordability! ❤️

Ella tailored my suit pants for me. I needed them hemmed and also adjusted at waist. Unfortunately after I got them back they were a little too tight, but Ella did an amazing job and took them back out a little bit and in the end they fit super great. Ella is super kind and easy to talk to and makes high quality adjustments to your clothes with fast turnaround. The price is also very good for her quality of work and is competitive with major retailers like Men’s Warehouse. Highly Recommend!

Ella did a fantastic job altering my wedding dress. She was able to complete the alterations much quicker than anticipated, which we were incredibly grateful for since we planned our small wedding ceremony with just a few months’ notice. My dress was hemmed, the sleeves were tightened and shortened, and several additional adjustments were made to ensure the dress fit me perfectly. She also fixed a tear in my dress around the top buttons and you could never tell it was ever there. Ella was so sweet, professional, and talented—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend her and would absolutely use her again in a heartbeat.

Ella was super friendly and sweet and even though she wasn't able to help me with my leather suit alterations she was very professional and still gave me some recommendations. I'll definitely come back to her for other alterations in the future

Non-standard, irreversible waist alteration
A Nordstrom tailor reviewed two blazers I had altered here and said the waist suppression was done in a non-standard, irreversible way, with seam allowance cut away and visible puckering. I was not informed that the work would be irreversible, even though standard waist suppression is typically reversible. When I raised these workmanship concerns to Ella, they were not addressed, and the response relied only on non-refund policy language.

This customer had multiple fittings, approved the work at pickup, and raised no concerns at the time of service. Weeks later, after third party commentary, a refund was requested for completed and accepted custom alterations. As outlined in our policy, approved custom work is non refundable. We stand by our craftsmanship and documentation.
I found Ella online while searching for a bridal seamstress for a ballgown wedding dress I purchased at David’s bridal and decided to meet with her based on previous reviews. I knew I could trust her the moment I met her at our first appointment! She made me feel absolutely incredible throughout the entire process, was very transparent about costs, what she was able to do, and patient while I decided how I wanted my gown to look. She hemmed, bustled, and closed the opening in the top of the gown (she was able to this because of the material of the dress) all at a reasonable price. She will be honest with you while also being kind. If you need tailoring services, go to Ella! I will always 10/10 recommend!!
