Absolutely Outstanding Service from Shyamali ! I had an amazing experience with this sports shop in Sri Lanka, all the way from the UK! Shyamali was incredible – she sent me clear photos and videos of the products, making it so easy to choose exactly what I wanted. The best part? She helped me decide on the purchase in just 10 minutes! (which was purchased by my friend the very next day)Honestly, this level of service is rare and deserves recognition. I was looking for Pickleball paddle. This is the only place I was able to find in Colombo. They have good collection. Thermoformed, edgeless, elongated, wide body, etc. Owner/ manager Isuru and Sharmalie were outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable. This is on of the well stocked specialty Racket store in Colombo.

Extremely Disappointed with Quality and Response..!! DO NOT USE FOR SHOOES ..!! I bought these shoes for my kid on June 30th, and after just 3 months of normal use, they already look badly worn out and the front part has started peeling off. When I complained, the response I got was shocking — they said the shoes can only last two to three months if your child is a good player. What a joke! For the price we pay, that kind of explanation is totally unacceptable. Very poor quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not recommended.
