We hired Elite to do some landscaping in our garden. From the first call I could tell it was going to be good quality service. They set up a WhatsApp group with the designer and sent through the brochure of their supplier. We got a hand drawn design of the garden and the work started within 2 weeks. There were multiple different workers who came to do different parts. All of the staff were professional and respectful. The work was finished within 3 weeks (which was longer than initially expected). The quality of the finish is really good and we have a 5 year guarantee. Highly recommend them.

I approached Tom and the team after years of procrastinating over my back garden, which was all lawn - but I’d been finally defeated by the weeds - and it was overlooked. It was actually quite a depressing look and we had no desire to spend time in. But wow what a transformation. We’ve spent more time in the garden than we have in the house since this was finished a couple of weeks ago. The attention to detail is incredible and the workers (Jamie and Arron) were amazing. Elite took out 3 mature trees and lots of old shrubs & plants in my borders. They laid weed matting and stones and planted plants that now make my garden tidy & low maintenance. From the first call with Sharon to Luke coming out to look and advise. To John the project manager. Every person who helped was friendly, on time and so tidy. I cannot recommend Elite Service Solutions Ltd enough. To start with, Tom was incredibly professional, and always quick and on time to reply, provide a budget, etc. He also gave us a lot of advice and great ideas to tweak our design. The provided cost & time estimates were spot-on, and they even finished earlier than we expected (even with a lot of rainy days in between). The team on-site was also fantastic, hard-working, professional, and super nice - they really showed they cared. The end result was simply amazing - we now have a gorgeous garden beyond our wildest dreams! 10/10 would use this company again for any future garden renovation.
