Great company with fast response to my emails to schedule my hot water heater for replacement due to age. Ryan was great and took care to put canvas down when he brought in the old and new hot water heater and was careful not to bump any walls. The last owners just put a cheap hot water heater in that wasn’t to code. Ryan installed everything to code now and I was able to upgrade to bigger tank also. Clean install also. You won’t be disappointed with their service and work.

Excellent, honest and trustworthy company! I had a leak that caused my water bill to jump to $695. I immediately called Elite Plumbing and spoke with Ashley, who reassured me that they could get the job done guaranteed the next day. Ryan came out with his team and did an outstanding professional job. Within an hour they found the pinhole leak in my main water line buried 7-8ft buried underground. It hardly looks like I had a big hole in my front yard after they backfilled, seeded and added straw. Very thankful for their service, will recommend to everyone I know.

After almost 3 months of having no hot water and dealing with 2 different plumbing companies through our home warranty company. We were forced to replace a two year old water heater, only for the company to finally realize that it was never a water heater problem. It was an increasingly worsening water leak under the slab of our home, in the hot water lines.
At which point we had to submit a claim to our homeowners insurance. The adjuster and the insurance company determined that our best route was to abandon the old copper supply lines running through and under the slab foundation of our home. Which meant that new supply lines would need to be installed throughout the whole house through the walls and ceiling. With no attic space and the layout of our home, this presented a significant challenge. Thankfully Ryan was recommended to us. He came and assessed our home and the obstacles he would encounter. He immediately alleviated our concerns and for the first time in months we saw light at the end of the tunnel. Once the insurance company gave approval, Ryan promptly scheduled the work to begin and it took him about a week to complete the job. He asked us to pack up several rooms in our house to make it easier for him to work quickly. Additionally, he draped each area in plastic, to keep drywall and plaster dust to a minimum. He removed the plastic and cleaned each area as he was done with it, and at the end of each day. He went above and beyond to keep us informed of his progress and communicate any issues, and immediately presented solutions or options. Allowing us to understand the long term implications of each option.
I have no doubt that if Ryan had been the first company to respond to our hot water issues, he would have properly diagnosed the leak immediately which would have meant that we could have had the problem resolved sooner and with much less stress.
Ryan will always be our FIRST call AND our first RECOMMENDATION to everyone I know for anything plumbing!!!

My wife and I closed on our new home Friday. After moving in Saturday the hot water heater apparently had died. We called Monday morning and he came out by 10, installed our new hot water heater and was finished within a few hours. No fuss, no mess, and the rate was as quoted on the phone- so no surprises. I just wanna say that this has been the best service I have received since I have been in MD. No upgrades, upcharges, extra services, hidden costs, nothing. I had 2 toilets that needed to be fixed and a pipe that needed to be replaced that's been leaking for some time now. After I showed what I needed done to Ryan, he said the price would be about X amount and that's what I paid, I don't even care if I overpaid for the service, Ryan was awesome and it was well worth it. He showed up about 20-30 minutes early, said it would take about 2 hours and he did it all in less than that. He was super nice, courteous and didn't try any BS, just straight up did the job and that was it. I wasn't even asked to make the review or mention his name, I just hope Ryan get the recognition for this job because it was awesome and he was awesome, I hope this company is taking care of him because he deserves it.
Edit: Seems like Ryan is the owner or management of some sort based on other reviews so yes I'm sure he's being taken care of.

I can not say enough good things about Elite Plumbing. My tankless water heater stopped working on Christmas Eve Day. I called to see if I could get it replaced, worried that no one would come on such short notice over the holidays. Ashley, answered my call and immediately dispatched Ryan. These guys completed a big sewer line project at my house and done an amazing job. They smoked and thoroughly inspected the whole system, found the issue and took their time to ensure the problem was fixed. They went above and beyond and took care of other issues that were noticed in the line. Highly recommend!!!! Very reasonably priced! Thoroughly cleaned up after the project was complete. I came home from work late last night and noticed a heavy, solid stream of water coming from just above the driveway . I called Elite Plumbing after hours and spoke with Ashley, who was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. She assured me they would respond first thing in the morning.
Ryan arrived early and diagnosed the problem right away. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He came prepared with the proper tools and machinery and got to work immediately. Ryan fixed our major issue incredibly fast and cleaned up so well that you’d never know the ground had been excavated. He then went above and beyond by replacing a faulty valve at our water main shutoff and made sure that all the water lines were working accordingly before leaving.
The work was completed quickly, professionally, and at a great price. I can’t say enough positive things about Elite Plumbing. Highly recommended!

I had a major underground water service line leak that caused extremely high water bills for several months. I received a County warning notice stating that there was abnormal water usage, so I needed to fix it as quickly as possible. It was stressful because I didn’t even know where the leak was or who I could trust to handle it properly. After speaking with multiple companies and getting different quotes, I decided to go with Elite Plumbing, and I am so grateful that I did.
Ashley was incredibly responsive and reassuring throughout the process. She clearly explained every step and even replied to me during Thanksgiving weekend when I was panicking due to the County notice. Her communication alone helped reduce so much anxiety.
