Rose by far is the best agent i have come across in terms of finding a care home for my parents. She is caring, selfless and professional. She listens to the need of our family and diligently look for the right place that will fit our needs. She is very experienced but she never makes you feel pressured. She went extra mile to help me call and submit an appeal for my dad to extend his stay at an AL facility. She didn’t have to do it for me. I am truly grateful for all the support and help she offered. Also, it has been a year since she found a foster home for my mom. We are truly blessed by this foster home and my mom loves the care giver there. God is good.
