Speedy celiac safe option for a busy rest of the day. Food was good & appreciate that it is a 100% gluten free food truck. I made my own bowl with the shredded beef as my protein. Definitely top it with the fajita veggies bc those were real good. Friendly service, happy to answer questions and easily accomodated my dairy free need too. Good option for on the go. They have a seating area but definitely snag a seat in the shade bc the will get you out there.

Jesus was welcoming from the start. Made the experience not just a sale, but like family right away. The home grown music coming out of the food truck as well as his professional representation of even how he was dressed for his company. Definitely will spread the word and bring the family back!!!

Don’t let the fact that this is a food truck or the location dissuade you from coming to eat excellent food. The food was excellent…arepas, stuffed plantains, and empanadas. The fillings and toppings were delicious. 100% gluten free facility as well!
