The ceremony script I personally crafted for you was meant to reflect your love story and the details most important to you—including your daughter, your dogs, and the significance of your location—and I share your sadness that those words weren’t read aloud as intended.

While this situation is rare for our team - in fact, it's a first - that doesn’t lessen its impact. We’ve since implemented additional checks and safeguards to ensure this never happens again.
