My first experience of acupuncture and so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, although Elevate was a recommendation to me. Lucy immediately put me at ease and was very thorough and professional. Best of all, it didn’t hurt at all or feel even slightly uncomfortable. Of course, it’s too early to gauge results as this was only the first appointment of a course of treatment, but I feel pretty optimistic!

I would highly recommend Elevate Physiotherapy, Lucy has been excellent in providing a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. The practice environment is very nice and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

What a calm, friendly and professional practice. Very impressed with the information available on their website which all proved to be correct. Very easy to book appointments and reminders sent. Attended my first appointment here last week. Claudia was friendly, attentive and understanding. She later sent me a detailed email with the recommended exercises which I have done with some success (it's early days). The receptionist was also also friendly and efficient. I have made another appointment for this week.

I visited Elevate Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, and chose to see Evie after studying her profile. I had recently moved from a physiotherapist that I believe was not meeting my needs. Evie certainly didn't disappoint. Within the initial assessment, she had recognised the issue and had begun treatment. Its safe to say that I will be continuing with Evie on a regular basis.

From walking in to the building to leaving, every member of staff is friendly, smiley and so lovely to talk to. After just one session I feel my issue has improved tremendously. There was no hassle of long waiting times or delays to be seen. An appointment was available almost instantly. And I didn’t feel pressured into booking regular slots. Where you can find in some places they’ll take as long as they can to treat you and want to see you ‘every other day’ just to get as much money from you. Overall, I would recommend here for any needs they can meet. Person centred care is definitely key here.
