Deceptive pricing. I went to order a table cloth almost two weeks ago on a Wednesday; Romy told me he could get the tablecloth to me by Saturday. I didn’t upload any images and he told me to send him my Canva file. I did just that! He created a file for me and charged me $275 ($200 for the table cloth + $75 dollars to rush the order). At the time I couldn’t afford $275 dollars for a table cloth so I said that. Sorry but I can’t afford that. Fast forward to today when I don’t need a “rush order” the dude still charges $200 for the tablecloth and $65 for “table cloth set up” after I uploaded the SAME file he created for me two weeks ago. When I asked what the difference was he just kept saying he deleted my files since I didn’t move forward with the print job two weeks prior. All in all it seems predatory and creates an inconsistent business experience for customers. I asked for a refund and I won’t be reaching out again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ordering process was easy to understand and allowed me to see exactly what I was ordering. My DTF print came out very and was easy to apply to the shirt I wanted it on. The printing time was very quick as well. I love that the location is right up the street from where I live so I can get more images printed for future projects.
