From our first conversation, Cale demonstrated what exceptional customer service should be. He offered to come over the very next day to assess our situation. He came promptly the next day and thoroughly examined our window. His vast knowledge AND HONESTY AND INTEGRITY was showcased when he looked in the window casing and saw the warranty sticker. He immediately explained that based upon the year the window was installed, it was still under warranty. Neither of the other two companies had the knowledge or made the effort to check for a warranty. One didn’t even bother to come into the house to assess the window-they provided an estimate from outside our home. Cale was careful to protect our floors and carpet during the work. He went out of his way to find a time to install the windows that fit into our schedule. You really have to talk with him to appreciate his character. You’ll be glad you contacted him

I HAD 5 BASEMENT WINDOWS INSTALLED. Cal has a company that manufacturers the windows and doors he uses. He will also install any windows or doors of your choosing. He will even go to the extra step of going to your source (s) and givine you options and specific measurements for your project measurements. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, clean and very fair priced for an install. I am looking forward to spring I have other installs for him. Great guy! Family Business owner, takes pride in his work. I strongly recommend Cal Windows for any of your Windows or Doors!!

After a frustrating 4-week wait for a custom exterior door that turned out to be the wrong size due to a bad measurement from a big box store, I reached out to Elegant Choice Window and Door for help—and I'm so glad I did.
