I called Elan Flowers slightly after they had closed, and Sophie still picked up, helped me pick out a lovely bouquet and was so sweet and easy to work with. They were delivered promptly the next day and were fresh and beautiful. My new go-to in Tribeca!

I have been using this florwer shop for a long time, but lately the chemical smell from the flowers has been so strong that I cannot keep them on my dining table. Even though I trim the stems and change the water every day, the flowers do not stay fresh for even five days, which is disappointing. Most of all, the smell is unbearable, and I cannot enjoy the natural fragrance of the flowers.

While fresh flowers are a natural product and different varieties last for different lengths of time, we are always happy to give care tips and advice to help arrangements last as long as possible. Our policy is to replace or refund any order if we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery and the client is unhappy for any reason.

We take great pride in the quality of our design and in the long-lasting relationships we have with our clients, many of whom have trusted us for years.

I want to share how surprisingly wonderful the experience I just had with Elan Flowers was. Calling from Los Angeles and working from a recommendation felt like a shot in the dark, but Wendy was able to accommodate our last minute order and to add a customization with such a kind, positive spirit. If that was not enough, they not only sent us an email confirmation upon delivery of the flowers but also a photo of the final bouquet (something I had not even requested). And the arrangement was magnificent. Our expectations were surpassed. In a job where I've worked with many florists around the country (and also the UK and France) sending flowers to VIPs, I can say that this was easily the best customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Elan Flowers is a true gem, an enterprise that is so much more than your corner florist. Each staff member is knowledgeable and welcoming and the flowers and plants are so carefully sourced and fresh that even the cut flowers last days longer than one could reasonably expect (9 days at last experience.) Entering their new Tribeca loft is entrancing and beyond the live treats, their selection of gifts are unusual, elegant and fair-priced.

Patrick, Yuko and their team just get it. They listen, help sort through concepts, avoid pressure or judgement of any kind and execute with perfection. The floral touches throughout our daughter’s intimate wedding ceremony and dinner shone and perfectly complemented the venue’s decor too.

Absolutely fantastic, white glove service from this shop, in particular Kai (Ky?). So communicative and kind, put my mind at ease that my friend would receive a gorgeous bouquet of exactly what I’d envisioned by sending me several photos and videos throughout the process. Best experience I’ve ever had ordering flower delivery. Highly recommend!
