My time at Lunah Ekumal for the Spring Equinox retreat was beyond anything I could have imagined. This experience was deeply healing, empowering, and profoundly moving—I laughed, I cried, I released, I grew.
Angela, my host, poured her heart into every moment, creating a safe, supportive space that allowed for true transformation. Her wisdom, guidance, and compassion helped me confront fears I had been holding onto for too long. I left feeling lighter, freer, and more connected to myself than I have in years. She was an incredible guide throughout the retreat. She brought a calming presence that made every yoga session or workshop feel both grounding and expansive. Her gentle encouragement helped me push past my own perceived limitations, leaving me feeling stronger and more connected to my body.
Lunah Ekumal provided the perfect setting for renewal. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle, practicing yoga surrounded by nature, and nourishing my body with fresh, vegetarian meals brought an extra layer of grounding and peace to this journey.

Ekumal and the staff, Yudi, Oscar, and Isaias were amazing!! I held a holistic retreat here and they made sure everything was perfect for us. The rooms are spectacular, the communal spaces were comfortable and beautiful, and the vegan food was very delicious. The property has pools and wonderful man made waterfalls for cooling off. The beds were very comfortable. Ekumal is MAGICAL!! The nature is incredible! At night you can hear a symphony of animals. We also enjoyed the areas for the ceremonial healing like the Temazcal and fire circle. My guests and I really enjoyed the property and I will be hosting another retreat here.

Ekumal is like a mystical wonderland out in the jungle by Tulum. There are treehouse style bungalows connected with wooden bridges, a rooftop lookout tower to watch sunsets, a bohemian fire pit, and a beautiful yoga and meditation studio. The place is sustainably built with eco-friendly materials and solar panels too. The community there is so welcoming and it’s really one of the most special places I have ever been. Check it out for unique events or stay there to unplug and feel the colorful jungle vibes!
