First time buyer. My realtor recommended EKKO and everything on their side was straightforward. EKKO uses an online portal which makes communication and info sharing easy and organized. My title agent, Kathy, was super responsive with even the smallest question. EKKO works with the all the parties involved, even my HOA/condo. I closed in person but you can do remote/electronic closing if your lender allows it. I feel confident they did a thorough job researching and preparing my title. I dont know if their price is high or low for their industry but I felt it was a really good deal for all the work they have to do.
