Prompt and excellent service. Communicated smoothly via WhatsApp and had a great in-store experience as well. Dropped off three gifts at around 11.30am and received a message by 5pm that they were ready for collection. I requested for generic gift-wrapping styles instead of Christmas-y ones and they happily accommodated. Will definitely be my go-to for gift wrapping.
