SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I was completely scammed by the trip I booked with this company to visit the Blue Hole and the Coloured Canyon in Sharm El Sheikh. The package clearly stated that we would have a Spanish-speaking guide, but the guide assigned to us barely spoke English, and the only language he spoke fluently was Russian. This made communication extremely difficult throughout the experience. In addition, the guide pressured us into renting fins and wetsuits, insisting they were mandatory to visit the Blue Hole. We were charged an additional €36, even though the package was advertised as all-inclusive. In the end, we went to the Blue Hole without any guide at all — only with a driver who spoke only Arabic — while the guide went to visit other locations with a Russian group. This is clearly not the service we paid for. Regarding the canyon visit, the location we were taken to was not the real Coloured Canyon shown in the promotional photos or described in the tour details. After the trip, I contacted the company by email to request a refund, but they never replied.

Servizio nel complesso soddisfacente. Abbiamo effettuato due escursioni con questa agenzia che aveva prezzi competitivi e un servizio adeguato. A Ras Mohamed siamo stati accompagnati da guide simpatiche, unico neo l' obbligo dei giubbotti salvagente che per il tipo di escursione sono risultati assolutamente superflui. Meno interessante per noi ma proposta da quasi tutte le agenzie, il safari nel deserto, risultata un po' caotica. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

We had a very good time on this ATV Bedouin tour. Yes it is a tourist trap but still highly enjoyable if you understand that going in. People are very hospitable but it can become chaotic at times. Just keep your expectations realistic and enjoy the experience.

Mergulho Foi uma experiência incrivel. J tinha experimentado mergulho com outra equipa e nao gostei. Esta equipa foi muito simpática e tiveram imensa paciencia pata me explicar. Certamente quando voltar a Sharm irei repetir. 😊😊 (Ainda tive a sorte de ao fim observar golfinhos simplesmente incrivel)

Nice Gezi eğlenceliydi. İlk önce bizi otelden aldılae daha sonra basşak bir arabaya trasfer olduk. 2. Araba daha çok minibüs tarzı bir arabaydı. Biraz dardı ama neyse ki yolculuğumuz çok uzun sürmedi. İlk önce atv ile konvoy oluşturup develerin yanına gittik. Deveye bindikten sonra biraz soluklandık ve bir iki yudum bir şeylee içtik. Daha sonra dönüş yoluna geçtik. Atvleri bırakıp yine minibüsle yemek yiyeceğimiz yere gittik. Yemekte bir parça tavuk salata ve patates vardı. Yemekten sonra gösteriler başladı. Genel olarak güzeldi. Fantastic. Amazing and unforgettable experience, all very friendly, good food, incredibly interactive show and what about riding the quad bikes, nothing was great.Only one is the flaw, the camel ride is a lot of fun but it would be better if it lasted more than 5 minutes.
