This business is definitely NOT a go-to for me anymore! I called because I needed a drain unclogged. Instead, I was quoted nearly $50,000 worth of work, charged $800, and my drain STILL wasn’t unclogged. The technician came in talking about redoing major portions of my home instead of resolving the actual reason I called. Then I was told that if I financed the work that day, they could get started and get everything resolved. I bet so, buddy. I bet so. 😂 I called for a clogged drain—not a $50,000 home renovation and a financing pitch. After spending $800 and still having the original problem, I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be using this company again.

We have been given the run around for the past 3 months with our unit. Clint came out in June to look at our unit and didn't even check the unit with gauges!! Instead blamed our duct work and air vents!!! Neither was the problem . He came out a month later and my husband made in put gauges on the unit and what do you know we needed some part!!! Then 3 weeks go by. No one called to update us on the part we had to call three times to find out what was going on and finally Clint came out in August to put the new part on. It didn't fix it so we needed another part then waited 3 more weeks of being ghosted finally we called twice to find out what was going on then we told them dont send Clint back he doesn't know what he's doing. So we got a new technician David on Tuesday he did another diagnostic and now all of a sudden we need new coils!!!! How did we go from needing a part to new coils which he said were 4500!!!! Something is not right. David was supposed to call my husband back and explain everything to him because he wasn't here at the time and hasn't. This company is not efficient! So we will be getting a second opinion. Honestly you should be willing to finance the coils for us since all this mess is your technicians fault taking 3 months to actually get a diagnosis and us having to fork out 3x extra for electricity all summer!! As the owner this poor business and should be willing to help a customer out for what happened.

If they had no starts I would give them 0 . My parents who are on a fixed income called them for service they came out the technician they sent out said they would need a whole new system that it couldnt be fixed they couldnt afford that so they called another company who sent out a technician who told them they didnt need a whole new system and was able to fix their AC sytem by replacing one part. Very horrible company I dont reccomend using them you will regret it.

The only thing efficient about this company is efficiently over charge you and take your money. I set up a appointment for a tech to come to my home for a quote to fix my bathroom sink my appointment was on a Friday between 3 and 4. Kyle C. didn't show up until around 6:30! I called the office's answering services and a rep said she would get in touch with him. He then called me questioning why I called the office. Oblivious to the fact he didn't feel the need to call me the custome to let me know he would be running late because as he said "was on another job." I understand but it takes seconds to call or text your customer your status. It was a Friday night and I had plans. He then just came in and said I needed a new sink told me my options which were the highest of all the quotes I got. I called to speak to a manger about this ordeal 3 times and no one reached out to me. I had a membership with them so I canceled it because of their crappy customer service. DO NOT USE EFFICIENT SYSTEMS! Update I called the number provided in the response and it routed to a clerk. She couldn't find out which manager left the response to my review. So it's like talking to def ears.

Very nice plumber but he only came to look at the problem. I was expecting to have my toilet fixed today. That's what I thought the appointment was for. He would have come back on Sunday, but I have church and family on that day. I was pretty disappointed.

They destroyed both of my furnaces on the coldest day of the year, without telling me, claiming they had cracked heat exchangers. But when I asked the technician to show me where they were cracked, he couldn't do it. Then proceeded to hand me a quote for $12,000. I WILL NEVER USE "INEFFICIENCY" SYSTEMS. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 -50 Stars.
