Brian, project manager came to give an estimate. He broke it down to detail on what we needed done. He quoted us a great price. Well the outcome is a new beautiful roof. Can’t say enough about the crew. They were all very friendly, professional, and fast. They arrived here at 7 and were done before lunch. Thank you Roger, and thank you Brian. ABA from the first phone call to schedule an HVAC cleaning to the very end, hand down best experience.
The owner came out with a tech to clean our ductwork and it was discovered we had more going on then just needing our ducts cleaned.
My husband and I had already anticipated this with things that we were experiencing in our home.
David prepared and estimate for us on the spot, and gave us some availability dates if we decided to proceed. There was no charge for them to come out and assess. I also thought it was great that David said whether you go with us or not you need to address area so things don’t get any worse.
The next day we scheduled, which was two weeks from the time they initially came out.
About three days after scheduling, we were informed that they had a Sunday come open and they could come out sooner.
The team was on time, so very friendly and professional. We even had a delivery scheduled that day for some appliances. The ABA team had to work around them for about 15 mins in our garage. When it was all said and done, the lead HVAC gentleman, walked around with us and showed us the holes he fixed where rodents could get in. He showed us updated photos of our crawl space. We did a full “redo” under our home (vapor barrier, all new insulation and HVAC ducts) . Lastly they went through and vacuumed all ducts main and upper floor.
I forgot to mention that they will even call just to see how things went after the install.
ABA is very thorough!
I highly recommend if you need any HVAC service you give ABA a chance. You will not regret it.

We recently moved into a house with a new roof but no gutters. I reached out to Roger, and he was out here the very next morning for measurements. We had new gutters put up within 2 days. The whole process was quick and smooth and the work is well done.

Had a great experience with our Project Manager, Blair Woodruff. She stopped by within a day of our call and then returned on the next rainy day to help diagnose the problem. We agreed to do their roof tune up program and also had our original plastic roof vents replaced with more robust metal fixtures. The whole experience was really positive. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience.
Our policy upon inspection assumes that many times you will not need a new roof… You may only need a roof tuneup to extend the life of your existing roof to the next hailstorm… Blair is a valued project manager here at RTR happy holidays to you and your family

During a recent downpour, leaks began appearing in a couple of rooms where the ceiling meets the wall. I called RogertheRoofer and spoke with Merlin about the concern. He was extremely responsive to the need, determined the cause, and the next day, his team completed a roof tune-up. His team was courteous and professional. I recommend them for your roofing needs.

Blair and Roger the Roofer are a wonderful and reputable company to work with. We went through just about everything imaginable during our hail damage claim, and Blair held our hand through it all!
