He took time out to listen to our problem and right away He start calling places to get the parts and before the day was over he got them installed them, and we were on our way to Phoenix. very welcoming and three letters like family

E & E Auto Service in Desert Hot Springs went above and beyond for me. They got my '14 Toyota Prius V in quickly for strut repairs and even installed a lift kit I had purchased elsewhere. This family-run shop is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about their customers. I was offered a ride to and from home while my car was being worked on, and they even stayed hours past closing so I could pick up my key. Their work is thorough, their pricing is fair, and their integrity is unmatched. I trust Alex 100%, and I’ve already recommended him to several friends. It’s rare to find a shop this considerate and reliable. I’ll definitely be returning.

Best auto shop in Palm Springs! The owners are super knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. They went super above and beyond for me. A part was running late and I needed to drive back to SD on Sat evening, they came in Sat to install the part. I didn't even realize they were supposed to be closed 😱 They changed the radiator on my 2009 mazda 5 which had a leak, as well as quickly diagnosing a major emissions leak (which I had read on my cheap scanner as P0455) as a stuck solenoid. They were super efficient with the repairs and so far I have no complaints. You will not regret coming here, this shop deserves all the business in the world.

I took my vehicle in for a severe coolant leak and multiple failed motor and transmission mounts. As soon as I arrived my car was placed on the lift and Alex began to install the upper motor mount to be able to safely lift the car and continue with the repairs. I have driven the car for a week since repairs and it feels like a new car. Mind you this car is 23 years old #SVT #Ford

Took my 2018 Honda Accord to E&E Auto Service for an intermittent stalling issue. Their team was able to accurately diagnose the problem as a faulty MAP sensor and completed the repair on schedule. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the service was professional and timely. I highly recommend them for honest auto repair.

Really disappointed. Talk with the owner, agreed on a 8am time Monday Morning February 16th. And we get there at 745am and wait thinking we are early. Owner shows up at 845am as we are leaving, then decides to call us asking if we are still bringing the car in as he is next to us in his white truck. If you could call us from your truck, why didnt you call us to say you're running late? This kind of customer service reminds me of those Covid years when people forgot customer service. So we decided to take our business elsewhere. We did have an appointment 8am... We didnt just show up but telling lies in your response confirms exactly why you were late.

Excellent service. They replaced the dash computer that runs AC, radio and a lot of other major functions. It was installed in a timely fashion and did it for a price that Was beyond fair. I would recommend them for any work you need done.

I'm a traveler in the area and found Alex through the recommendation of another mechanic who didn't work on diesels. He is an honest, straight forward, and very pleasant fellow, who runs a solo operation and seems to know his stuff. My vehicle a 5.9 Cummins 12v.

I was driving my Ford on the freeway on my way to Phoenix when it suddenly started losing power and shaking like it was about to stall. The check engine light began flashing, and I knew something was seriously wrong. Being hours away from home and worried about getting stuck in the middle of the desert, I pulled off the freeway and found E&E Auto Service. The mechanic ran a full diagnostic and quickly found the issue which was a failing ignition coil and spark plug that were causing a severe misfire under load. He explained everything clearly, showed me the damaged parts, and got the repair done the same day so I could safely continue my trip. This repair was completely unexpected, so the Sunbit payment option was an absolute lifesaver. It made the whole situation so much less stressful and allowed me to take care of my truck without worrying about the full cost upfront. If you’re traveling through the area or just need an honest mechanic who knows what he’s doing, I highly recommend E&E Auto Service.

I brought my Duramax to E&E Auto Service after visiting two other shops that couldn’t figure out why my truck kept going into limp mode. I’m not from the area I was just here visiting family and I really needed my truck running right. I was already frustrated and spending money with no answers. Alex, the owner and mechanic, took the time to do a full diagnostic and discovered a wiring issue deep in the harness that no one else had caught. Not only did he repair the problem, but he also explained everything clearly and showed me exactly what was causing the failure. My truck now runs better than it has in years. I don’t live nearby, but after seeing the honesty and skill Alex brings to his work, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust.
