Scammers! It was the worst deal ever. EDreams charged 100 euro the next day for free trial prime subscription, although they claim that it's 15 days for free and only then I will be charged. When I asked why that happened, they told me that I've already used trial once, in 2023, which I don't remember. And when I subscribed, there was no notification that I've already been a free trial member once and I cannot use it again for 15 days. I mean, there must be a notification that you've already used something, or there shouldn't be any free trial for people who have already subscribed once and have an account. Now I cannot receive my money back.

Stole half my booking thru cancellation I booked thru edream and the dates were wrong. Paid 1199 and edreams would only refund 740. Said my baggage, priority, cancellation fees non refundable. Never book with a company that keeps almost half your money on a cancellation

NEVER USE EDREAMS DO NOT USE EDREAMS! I would give a zero if I could. We purchased our tickets and tried to log-in to check-in online before flying and the reference number they gave us did not work. We still went to the airport and were told we were not on the flight! We managed miraculously to be put on a different flight by the airline who honoured our edreams ticket, eventhough we weren't in the system. For our return flight from Mexico back to Canada, we called the airline to see if we were on the return flight that we had booked through edreams and we were not listed. We were travelling with our 8 year old daughter so we had to buy new tickets home and then cancelled the flight. We have been trying to get a refund from edreams for two months now. We have spent hours and a lot of stressful moments dealing with them. NEVER BUY EDREAMS!

Edreams son una estafa No compres boleto aéreo en edreams, una vez q lo haces te cobran membresía prime aunque tu no estés deacuerdo y te están debitando de tu tarjeta de crédito, luego no puedes cancelar la suscripción ni por correo electrónico, ni ennsu plataforma, ni por llamada ya que te hacen esperar más de 1 hora. No compres con ellos, ni ingreses tu tarjeta.
