NEVER USE EDREAMS
DO NOT USE EDREAMS! I would give a zero if I could. We purchased our tickets and tried to log-in to check-in online before flying and the reference number they gave us did not work. We still went to the airport and were told we were not on the flight! We managed miraculously to be put on a different flight by the airline who honoured our edreams ticket, eventhough we weren't in the system. For our return flight from Mexico back to Canada, we called the airline to see if we were on the return flight that we had booked through edreams and we were not listed. We were travelling with our 8 year old daughter so we had to buy new tickets home and then cancelled the flight. We have been trying to get a refund from edreams for two months now. We have spent hours and a lot of stressful moments dealing with them. NEVER BUY EDREAMS!
